Killer's POV
Today doesn't seem any different from any other day I spent here in the castle. Just followed my daily routine of waking up, getting food served to me three times a day (The benefits of being one of Nightmare's subordinates) and giving my excellent service with a blade in return.
It's almost like nothing happens here though, besides endless and pointless fights being started and ending with violence, it's been normalized. It's not like I haven't done that before though, I've fought with people countless times (winning, especially) but yet again, things get... boring.
Horror and Dust barely do anything anymore, they just lounge around. We don't even get to kill for fun anymore. I've been just practicing my knife throwing. No one found out yet, but there may or not be a few holes on the wall inside my room that might've been my fault.
Nightmare loves to isolate himself, literally all the time and he'd be all locked up in his own private room and no one could tell what he'd be doing. He's an enigma, isn't that right?
Not that I'm complaining, I don't care if I don't get to see him or not.
No one knows much about him and are too afraid to ask him anyways, anybody would know better to not actually interact with him unless they are risking their neck to be sliced with a clean cut with a tentacle.
What a drama queen.
I've clearly been "blessed" with the privilege of living in this stupid gloomy castle, it's great, yeah, awesome.
I feel like it would've been better if I remained as a rogue though, killing other beings for fun was enjoyable now I'm just restricted from doing anything now, I'm not even allowed to kill Horror or Dust, ugh. Stupid Nightmare.
Funny is how things seemed a bit different, with my observant behaviour, I've been able to pick up on some things.
But even though I state that I've actually been suspicious of my co-workers lately, so there must be some kind of interesting news to find. I've been passive-aggressively been talking to this guy and hanging around so I started to observe some of them. Let's get straight into it.
Recently, I've just been sitting around and sharpening my knife due to the sudden scratches that were caused by the wall incident-
I began to take notice of Cross' absence.
To be honest, I could actually care less about that guy but he's been leaving way too often and I'm pretty sure no one knows what's up. It's usually not even my business but man, do I love to see this guy suffer.
Now I know what Cross did.
I wouldn't like to call myself a snitch, because I certainly am not.
I'm not gonna go tell Nightmare about this though.
So I'll just have to take care of him myself.

3rd POV
Outer decided to discuss with Dream about Ink's disappearance, which of course, Dream took notice of but didn't necessarily think that Ink would be gone for this long. How he left no trace of himself, leaving no note at all. Leaving Outer to theorize about the whole situation.
There the two sat, face to face in the meeting room specialized for battle strategies and planning. Which, the room remained useless and was only there if there would be no choice but to defend. It even had chalkboards and everything, a whole table with a map that represented the entire land with the two main empires, the sun and moon empire.
