"Thanks to our heroes, the battle was splendidly won!" The king started. A banquet was taking place in the kingdom palace. "And tonight, we celebrate! Enjoy yourselves, to the fullest!" The king shouted from the top of a staircase.Nobles, and the Hereos, began cheering and started to chat and drink the night away. By a window, Naofumi and Kyoro stood silently. Well... both had their own thoughts of course.
'This is ridiculous. I wouldn't even be here if it wasn't for the reward.' Naofumi thought.
Meanwhile...
'If you listen closely to dishwashers, you can hear the slurping sounds of the hundreds of tongues inside cleaning off the dishes.' Kyoro thought before— 'CAN YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP?!' Kaguya shouted. 'What did I do?' Kyoro asked. 'You've been spouting ridiculous nonsense the entire time you've been here!' Kaguya shouted in exasperation. 'Geez. Why didn't you just say stop sooner?' Kyoro asked. 'No. No, he has a point.' Miko commented. '...Touché. Just... be quiet in here.' Kaguya said with a sigh.
"Master Naofumi." Raphtalia said standing in front of the two. "The food here really looks amazing. You sure you don't want something to eat?" Raphtalia asked. "If you wanna eat, go ahead." Naofumi said looking back out the window. "I'd really like for you to join me." Raphtalia requested. "I'll pass." Naofumi said making Raphtalia frown before walking away.
Kyoro tilted his head before shrugging of the conversation, since it wasn't his business.
"You sure you don't want some food?" Raphtalia asked again, now holding a plate with a slice of pie. "How about you try a little for me, huh?" Raphtalia asked. "Uh, no. I don't want it—" "It's really good. I promise." Raphtalia said holding out a fork with piece on it. Naofumi ate it making Raphtalia smile. "See?" She asked. "Can I have so—" Kyoro asked but was cut off. "No." Raphtalia said with a small glare.
"Naofumi." Motoyasu said catching the three's attention. Suddenly, a glove landed at Naofumi's feet. "Time to fight." Motoyasu said seriously.
"I WANNA FIGHT, TOO!" Jalter yelled from on top a table, insanely intoxicated. Byleth sighed before helping her down.

"I heard you made poor Raphtalia your slave, and that she obeys your every command." Motoyasu started.
"And what do you care?" Naofumi asked. "Watch your tone." Motoyasu said arrogantly. "Yeah, Raphtalia's my loyal slave. So what's it to you?" Naofumi asked, ignoring his demand.
"You listen up. You can't be saying you think it's okay to enslave others." Motoyasu said irritated. "Do you even hear yourself? Slavery's legal in this crazy place, and she's been a great help to me." Naofumi said closing his eyes. "But we're heroes in this world! We shouldn't behave that way here and you know it." Motoyasu pressed. "You have a right to your opinion. And I disagree." Noafumi said simply, making Kyoro chuckle, and Motoyasu grit his teeth.
"Let's do this." Motoyasu said pointing his spear at Naofumi. "And if I win, you're gonna set Raphtalia free." Motoyasu demanded again. "Alright. What's the plan if I win this fight?" Naofumi asked. "That won't happen. But if it does, things'll stay the same." Motoyasu said.
"That literally gives him no reason to fight, dumbass." Kyoro said face palming. "Exactly. Don't be such and idiot." Naofumi said before he and Kyoro began walking away. "Master Naofumi!" Raphtalia called.
"He actually has a slave in his party?" Itsuki asked. "Man, how much lower is this guy gonna go?" Ren added. As Kyoro led the way down stairs, a trident was placed his his way by a knight.
"It has been brought to my attention, that you, a hero, have been using a Demi-human as your slave to fight for you. You violated our customs, and that is reprehensible!" The king said from his balcony. "I order you, accept the challenge!" The king said.
