Five parks the car in the street in front of the Academy and we all hurry out at Luther carefully rushes Allison inside.

"Come on! Let's go!" Five orders.

"I don't think she's breathing." Luther says as he makes his way to the house.

"If we don't get her upstairs, she's gonna die." I point out.

------------------------------------------------------

I sit next to Allison with my hands around her neck applying pressure to her wound.

"She's suffered a severe laceration to her larynx. One of you will need to give blood." Mom explains.

"I will."

All of the boys say at the same time.

"I'm doing it." Luther says.

"I'm afraid that's not possible, dear boy. Your blood is more compatible with mine." Pogo explains from the end of the table.

"Hey, don't sweat it. I-- I got this, big guy. -I-- I love needles." Klaus says slapping his arm.

"Master Klaus. Your blood is... How shall I say this? Too polluted." Pogo explains again.

"Move." I say as I quickly grab Five's hands and press them onto Allison's neck.

"Yeah, go ahead." Diego says.

"I'll do it." I tell them.

I stand next to Mom and wait for her to turn around. As she turns around, I see the needle and fall backward into Klaus's arms passing out.

---------------------------------------------------------

"The bastard that nearly killed our sister's still out there, with Vanya." Diego says as he paces the living room.

I nod my head in understanding as I lay on the couch with my head in Klaus's lap.

"We need to go after her." Diego adds.

"Vanya is not important." Five butts in as he limps over to us.

"Hey, that's your sister. A little heartless even for you, Five." I say giving Five a look.

"I'm not saying I don't care about her, but if the apocalypse happens today, she dies along with the other seven billion of us. Harold Jenkins is our first priority."

"I agree. Let's go." Diego says and grabs my hand helping me up.

"You guys count me out." Klaus says and the three of us stop.

"I mean, you know, no offense or whatever. It's just... I kind of feel like this is a whole lot of pressure for newly sober me, so..." He shrugs his shoulders and gestures for us to go.

"You're coming." I order him.

No, no, no. I mean, I think we can all agree that my power's... I mean, it's pretty much useless. I'd just be holding you guys back."

"Klaus get up." Five orders.

"You can't make me."

Diego rips a knife from his harness and chucks it in the couch between Klaus's legs.

Klaus sighs and looks back up at us. "Oh, then again, a little exercise couldn't hurt. Yeah."

I giggle to myself as the four of us exit the house together.

----------------------------------------------------

The four of us stand above the body of a dead Harold Jenkins. All of our mouths agape.
