A Grandfather's Love
[April2020]A Grandfather once had a granddaughter
Drawn his face with sweet and delightful aura
A pair of small, smooth and delicate hands
Keeping him excited like the adventurous Dora.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Swaying together in the rhythm of a song.
Swaying here, swaying there, back and forth
Little girl giggles deeply from her throat.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Different toys of joy from his cold cash.
Seeing her cries in the middle of hunger
Begging ice cream for the hot summer.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Reaching the farm, with hats; barefoot together.
Laughing at her immediate runaway
When a cow is about to ran after her.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Feeling excited for the first pile of books.
Slippers inserted, a hat; reaches the motorcycle
And she gets ready to be sent for school.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Always happy while she waits for him.
Seeing him under a hat makes her jump
Grasped hand to her forehead before sneaking.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Begging him to draw on her report card.
Praising her outstanding grades
Telling her to maintain them and work hard.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Taking a picture together after high school.
Got her cap and unusual, happily put on his head
Smiling for another set of photo ahead.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Making arguments in a middle of conversation.
Suggestions and recommendations
Bases for future, dreams and be an inspiration.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Silently cries behind his premonitions.
Before last words uttered, cheering him up
Begging him to stay wiping her eyes puffed.A grandfather once had a granddaughter
Carrying the strength which has given to her.
It was because of a man who always wore hat
It was a hat; I swear full of a grandfather's love.__________
