Samantha

Just thinking about going back to that classroom full of crazy people, I already felt the heat of anger rising through my body.  I took a deep breath and went through the door.  Leander was sitting with the quartet as usual, he looked at me and I walked towards him instead of going to my usual table.

The tables were in pairs, so I sat next to him and he, even surprised, smiled at me.

"Did someone ask you to sit here?" Ariane teased.

"I don't need an invitation.  If you're uncomfortable, go sit somewhere else.  It is good that it detoxifies the air from the smell of this cheap perfume." I replied back.

"Cheap is that pair of horn that you carry and that you must have gotten with the help of your bad mood." She mocked.

"The horns I took were because of the idiots I dated and not because of my bad mood." I said annoyed.

"And the biggest idiot is you for dating them." She laughed.

"Funny thing is that the guy you had a date with, asked me for a bite the next day.  Who's the idiot now?" I hit back.

She snorted in anger.

"It's not news, since you like to steal other people's man!" She started to raise her voice.

"I have more to do than stay like you chasing a man, you crazy!" I also raised my voice.

Leander looked tense with his eyes wide between the two of us again.

We started talking at the same time, running over the other's speech and more and more screaming.  We both leaned over Leander's table and our faces were extremely close to each other and they were almost touching.

As we screamed, I realized that although Ariane had an angry expression on her face, her eyes said something else.  They glowed that gray blue, the pupils were well dilated and they moved around always looking at my lips.

There was a tension in the air, the other students looked at us and I could hear laughter and whistles.  More and more her eyes were fixed on my lips and she was bewildered.  Between sighs and quick shakes of the head, she tried to compose herself and keep the anger in her words, but without much success.

Suddenly I feel Leander's hand touching my mouth and the same he did with Ariane.

"Enough!" He finally said.  "This little voice of yours arguing is already making my head pound.  I think that's enough, right?"

"Don't put your hand on her mouth, because she bites!" Thales said laughing out loud at the back of the room.

Ariane and I shot him an evil look and Leander rolled his eyes.  He didn't seem to be in a good mood today.

"I wish she would bite you, but it was to destroy you." Ariane said huffing.

"I would be happy to do that!" I agreed.

Tyler gestured with his finger and called me and patted his neck.

"So, come here.  Bite here." He said laughing.

I got so angry that the lightning started to make more noise.

"Guys, did you see that?" I was about to get up when Drew started talking while reading something on his cell phone.

"What is it now?" Jenny asked curiously.

"They killed a guy in a bar on that road that goes to Hoopson." He continued.

"How horrible." Jenny said shaking her head.

"He was found in the back seat of the car with his pants open and with a two-hole mark on his neck like that of Mr. David here in town!" He exclaimed surprised.
