S2~chapter 20~ "disaster"

I skipped ahead a little to the last part of the festival so that it wouldn't be ten chapters for just the sports festival.

Y/N'S POV

It was the last fight of the sports festival, Katsuki vs. Todoroki. After losing my
fight against Momo, I wasn't in the best mood especially since my loss was following the argument I had with Katsuki. After all this was done all I want to do is lay down and take a long nap. I zoned back in once present mic announced both Katsuki and Todoroki, I stared at Katsuki and the grin he had disappeared when we made eye contact. I thought back to what he said right before he left for his fight.

"Just give me until after the fight, I just need to focus on my fight right now. We can deal with this after"

I scoffed at his previous statement and frowned at him as he turned his attention back towards todoroki. Once the fight began Todoroki shot a wave of ice towards Katsuki which he avoided by letting off explosions and hitting the ice. The ice covered the other half of the arena and Katsuki was buried under it, anxiety started to seep in as there was no sign of Katsuki. That was until he burst through the ice with his explosions and over towards todoroki, right before todoroki could grab him though he let off another explosion going over his head and grabbing his hair. Todoroki managed to grab his arm and hesitated when Endeavor yelled.

"USE YOUR LEFT"

He threw Bakugo to the side, and the blonde quickly hopped on his feet. He blasted himself repeatedly and and spun like some sort of human tornado.

"Woah" I breathed out.

Once he got close enough to todoroki he let off a huge explosion that covered the stadium in smoke.

"AND THE WINNER IS..."

The smoke cleared and todoroki was unconscious and out of bounds, Katsuki slowly got up and ran over to him grabbing his collar.

"BAKUGO KATSUKI FROM CLASS 1A"

"What is he doing?" I mumbled.

"He's being aggressive and angry, his usual agenda" Kaminari sighed.

I watched as he screamed incoherently and midnight used her quirk to knock him out. Both boys were taken out of the arena and Katsuki was dubbed the winner of the sports festival.

Not long after the top three were brought out to get their medals, todoroki tokoyami and...

"Katsuki?" I squeaked watching as he thrashed around in his bounds.

"Thats overboard! They didn't have to lock him up like a rabid animal" I frowned.

"I mean is he not a rabid animal?" Denki teased and I gave him a side glare.

"Sorry..."

Finally it was the end of the day, I avoided conversation with anyone. And hastily made my way out of the building, ready to go home and lay down, my muscles aching from the fight.

"HEY!" I heard a gruff voice call and I turned around.

Katsuki was running over and once he got over to where I was stood in front of me catching his breath.

"Why didn't you wait for me?" He growled.

"Why should I Katsuki? You blew me off for your fight, but congratulations you got what you wanted. You won" I sighed and went to turn away but he grabbed my arm harshly pulling me back.

"let go of me!"

"Are you going to let me fix things or are you going to be a fucking brat?! I was distracted the whole festival because of you, that's why that shitty Icy hot bastard didn't use his quirk on me!" He yelled.

"Don't blame that on me!"

"ITS YOUR FAULT, TAKE RESPONSIBILITY PRINCESS. YOU'RE ALWAYS THE DAMSEL IN DISTRESS THAT I HAVE TO PROTECT, AND ITS DRIVES ME INSANE" he shouted and unconsciously squeezed my arm, i could feel it bruising in his hands.

"AH! Katsuki my arm, please" I whispered and tried pushing myself away from him.

"You're a fucking BRAT" he spat and I kicked his stomach with all the strength I could muster up and he released my arm causing me to fall back on my butt.

"what the hell!" He chocked out.

I stumbled up on my feet and ran all the home, not stopping for a second even when he screamed for me to come back. I was tired and upset, and running off of adrenaline. I made it to my house, and ran upstairs to my room before my mom could get a word in.

Collapsing onto my bed I turned my phone off and threw a blanket over my head. Today was a disaster, and to make matters worse I'd have to go to school tomorrow and face everyone. Kirishima was right, everyone's taking advantage of me. But from now on I won't let that happen anymore.
