Feelings or whatever... (Bakugo x reader)

S1~chapter 2~ "My hero!!!"

As y/n and bakugo walked to their seats they sat down and waited for everyone else to come in too. There was awkward silence between them, before y/n had decided to strike up conversation.

"Soooo, bakugo... what's your quirk?"y/n spun her head around to look at him.

"I sweat nitroglycerin and it creates explosions" Bakugo said in a confident tone.

"Wow! That's super cool! I kinda wish I had a powerful combat quirk like that", y/n scratched the back of her neck.

"What's your quirk then?"

"Uhh..it's not very cool or powerful"

"It doesn't matter just tell me"

"Okaysorryifitdoesntsoundcooloranythingitsnotverystrongorflashyoranythingso-"

"JUST TELL ME"

"I can slow down time by holding my breath" y/n squeaked.

"..."

"..."

"Pretty damn cool if you ask me" Bakugo mumbles under his breath.

"Huh?"

"NOTHING!"

"Well, thanks for not judging me bakugo..I'm kinda insecure about my quirk..that's why I had to train harder than anyone else I know so I could make it into UA" ,y/n clenched her fists.

Bakugo didn't say a word, but continued to stare at the girl as she rambled on about how her quirk put her at a disadvantage.

~Time skip~

The gates were about to open and the entrance exam would start momentarily. Y/n was by herself since Bakugo was in a different zone than her. Figures she'd be on her own. She turned to look at the competition as she saw a green haired boy trembling in fear next to her.

"Um excuse me are you okay?" Y/n asked inching closer to his face.

"A-AH! Hehe I'm fine...just nervous" the green haired boy blushed.

"I'm y/n by the way" she smiled, happy that she made a new friend.

"I'm-" before he could finish his sentence he was cut off by the loud buzzer and opening of the gate letting them in.

Y/n started running through the gates like her legs had a mind of their own. She took in a huge puff of air and ran towards a robot knocking it over with a swift kick, and then finally taking in a breath. She repeated this cycle, kicking, and punching boys left and right. She had trained so hard to be able to get in, and the adrenaline, and determination rushing over her made her feel like that work finally paid off.

Once they had finished off the small bots the 0-pointer towered over her. Most students ran in the other direction but y/n had saw a brown haired girl trapped under rocks screaming for help. Y/n felt herself dash to the girl and desperately tried to remove the rubble from overtop of the small girl.but as she continued not one rock budged, she saw the green haired boy fly over her and land a huge punch to the robots face releasing the brown haired girl from under the rubble. Y/n grabbed the girl and hoisted her on her back, and the boy started to fall from the sky. She felt the girl hop off of her back and she slapped the boy who nearly hit the ground, and he began to float above it. They both collapsed and y/n ran to the girl first to see if she was hurt, to which the girl responded:

"I-I'm f-fine just go h-help him"

Y/n nodded and ran to aid the green haired boy, she placed his head on her lap, and cradled him.

"Are you okay?!" Y/n said putting a hand on his forehead.

His eyes fluttered open, as he coughed. Y/n saw recovery girl in the distance and smiled looking down at him.
