Harry's POV
At this point, my heart was racing rapidly and I didn't know what to do, I just blurted it out.
But to my surprise, Louis just pulled me in towards him, kissing me and I could feel him smiling slightly as our lips joined together. And that moment, was where I truly felt alive. Because it was just me and him standing in the pouring rain, watching the gorgeous sunset on a mountain with the sea beneath us, and we were just there with droplets of rain dripping off us as it poured from the sky, our lips intertwined with eachothers. And there was nobody else there. Just me and Louis.
And that's how I wanted it to be forever.
He pulled away breathless, giving me a huge smile and I loved it when he smiled because his face lit up, sort of like the sunshine.
"YES!!!" he screamed in response to my question, tightly wrapping his arms around my whole body to hug me. For a second, I forgot about everything else, because it was just me and him. The rain started pouring even heavier and even though it was nice and calming, we decided to head back before we caught a cold.
On the way back, I pulled out my phone to message Niall and Eleanor the good news.
Harry: HE SAID YES!!
Niall: OMG!! CONGRATS HARRY! THE SHIP IS SAILING :D
Eleanor: YESSS!!!!! 😻😻
They seemed just as excited as I was.
I put my phone away and then looked at Louis. I don't know why, there wasn't any reason I just liked looking at him especially with his hair soaking wet and water dripping off his face. Wow...
I licked my lips slightly, then realised what I was doing and stopped. Then, we were back at the hotel before we both knew it, too tired to discuss anything as of right now so we got ready for bed.
I turned around to face louis in the bed, noticing he was shirtless and it made me a bit flustered.
"Lou, why aren't you wearing a tshirt?" I whispered, not sure if he was already sleeping or not.
"We're dating now right?" he replied, staring me right in the eye.
"Uh, y-yeah." was all I could reply back to him before closing my eyes tightly, almost immediately falling asleep but then he leaned over and kissed me forehead.
"Night Harry" Louis said quietly. I didn't have any energy to say anything back so I just gave him a huge smile, and happily went to sleep, hoping this wasn't just a dream because it felt too good to be real but it was. It was real. And he's next to me right now, sleeping beside me and it just felt too good to be true but it was and- my thoughts soon got interrupted when I fell asleep, Louis' arm wrapped around me.
