Y/N was hanging out with Kangwon and Hwang after breakfast. North Hamgyong was also there, but his attention was focused on UIP.

The republic had joined them to escape from Ukraina's screaming, with CCCP and Korea's permission.

"I think CCCP is trying to console her to avoid tranquilising her," the Israeli-Palestinian said. In resentful Hebrew, "Wish he'd shown that same consideration to me."

"Would you have listened to him?" Kangwon hummed.

       UIP didn't answer.

"Now we have two crazies here," North Hamgyong grumbled. "Maybe you two should be friends."

Though the province's resentment towards Y/N had lessened, his distrust of outsiders made him disinclined to UIP and the others.

"She is not crazy," UIP said in Arabic. "I am crazy- she is scared and angry."

"If I wanted to hear emotional bullshit, I'd go to the Church of the Reunification." North Hamgyong glared at him. "I do not."

"Did Russia scare you?" Kangwon asked Y/N. She nodded, and he smiled. "Me too. I've never seen him like that before."

"I still think that his sad-drunk attitude is far worse," Hwang said, sipping his tea. "At least anger is familiar."

Kangwon hummed in disagreement. "Korea never hits anyone when he's angry, though. I mean, no one that doesn't deserve it."

Y/N thought of the assassin that had attempted to kill North, shooting her instead, and she shivered.

"Who did the dishes from last night?" she asked, trying to change the topic of conversation to something lighter.

"I did," North Hamgyong said, taking her by surprise.

"Oh, s-sorry," Y/N apologised, feeling slightly guilty. The Provincehumans and Countryhumans had been working so hard with the war, she felt like it was her responsibility to do the housework.

North Hamgyong also still intimidated her slightly.

"Couldn't sleep anyways," he huffed. "And if I didn't, South Hamgyong would have done something annoying like wash them all herself."

Kangwon raised his eyebrows, smiling surreptitiously at Y/N.

"I need to go look after the other provinces," North Hamgyong sighed, getting up after drinking the last of his tea.

"What's happening with them?" Y/N asked.

"None of your business." The male Provincehuman left.

"They're being kept in a holding cell now," Hwang told her helpfully. "They will be let out when they agree to calm down."

"That means when all of their people are dead," UIP growled in Hebrew.

"It means," Kangwon said. "When their rebel militias are crushed. Their people are our people, too."

"Isn't it hypocritical of you to talk about crushing an entire people?" Hwang raised a brow at UIP, who glowered.

"The Palestinians aren't people, they're-" He clutched his head grimacing, and switching to Arabic. "OneMore. Word."

        Kangwon rubbed UIP's back comfortingly.

"I'm going to go find Korea," Y/N said, wanting to avoid UIP's breakdown.
