"Fuck you."

Nines's POV
"Hurry up, Nines! I'm hungry!" Gavin called from outside
I roll my eyes at his impatience and finish pulling the shirt over my chest. I push the curtain aside and step out of the small room for Gavin to see. His arms crossed over his chest, Gavin looks me up and down. My android jacket was tied around his waist, swaying as he moved. People entered and left the dressing room around us while I tried on clothing Gavin and I picked out. I ignored the few stares of envy I got from humans and an android or two. It was warm in the dressing room unlike the cold outside. Mirror's lined the walls for the people who wanted to view themselves properly. Gavin sucks his teeth and shifts his weight onto one leg, leaning on it.
"That's the fifth turtle neck you picked out."
"I'm aware.""You really need to try something else," Gavin scoffed, digging through the picked out pile of clothes. He pulls out a white, button up shirt and holds it out toward me. "Try something new for once."
"It doesn't have a long collar..." I mumble, examining it."That's the point, dipshit. Go put it on."
I oblige and step back into the small room. Grabbing the bottom of the turtle neck, I remove and replace it with the button up. I step back out before Gavin has the chance to call me."It's meant to be tight fitting?" I question, examining myself in a mirror.
Gavin nods. He squints at me before reaching up and fixing the collar of my shirt. "Yeah. It looks good without sleeves."His hair tickles along the bottom of my jaw, the air leaving his nose warm against my exposed neck. I shiver at the new, unfamiliar feeling. Gavin seems to notice and grins.
"What's wrong? Uncomfortable?" he smirks, purposely adding more breath into his words as he spoke.
I roll my eyes and gently push him away in order to step back into the changing room. I change back into my clothes and we leave the dressing room together, weaving past someone else who was coming in.
"What's next?" Gavin asks, stretching his arms out.I pull my head back to avoid getting hit in the face. My LED spins yellow as I search up traditions for Christmas. "We need decorations such as lights, ornaments, a door hanger, outdoor christmas decorations-"
"Ok, ok. I got it. Christmas decorations," Gavin interrupts.
I gaze around the store and stop at a winter clothes rack. Gavin makes it a few more steps before stopping and looking back at me.
"What are you doing?"
"It's only going to get colder from here. You need proper clothes.""Nah, I'm good. I've gone through a lot of winters and I'm still alive."
"That doesn't make it good. Here, try this one."
I hold up a dark gray winter coat with a white furry hood. It wasn't too heavy or light and had two rectangular pockets on each side in the chest area. Combined with my jacket it would keep Gavin warm while we were out.
"I told you, I don't need it," Gavin protests, crossing his arms over his chest.
"Gavin...." I warned.
"Nines...." he spat back, glaring at me.
I let out an artificial sigh, sliding the hanger out of the coat. He was definitely at risk for a cold if he didn't properly suit up for the cold waiting outside the store's doors. "Do you have to make everything difficult?"
Gavin only sneers. I take a few steps toward him and he tenses up for a fight. Then everything pops off. I shoot out a hand and grab him before he can react, pulling him to my chest as I start to force him into the coat. He fights back, pushing against my chest and trying to land a punch wherever he can.
