As I type the end, I finished the final lines of my secret writing project, my email pings with an incoming message. I open it with an exhausting groan, but smile when I see it's from Julie Plec, the executive producer of The Vampire Dairies:
From: Julie Plec.
To: Kelsey Brooks.
Hey Kelsey,
Welcome to the TVD family! So excited to have you onboard our amazing crew! We look forward to meeting you tomorrow, to get to know the cast and crew. Hope working on the scripts and scenes are a blast! Can't wait to see the way the script comes to life in a fun, sarcastic, humorous way just like our previous conversations. Hope to see you tomorrow!

A smile crosses my face as I finish reading the email. I type a quick thanks, so excited for tomorrow see you ! My nerves are all over the place from excitement.
My phone pings at the same time signalling a text from an unknown number:
Unknown:
"Hey sorry ! Forgot to mention that I'll be adding you to the Cast Group chat to know them better.
This is Julie Plec, btw! "
I quick type a thanks see you tomorrow! And save her number in my phone.
Tomorrow is gonna be a good day.
That's the last thought before I'm lost in dreamless sleep..
