My eyes slowly opened and I saw Nico leaning over me. He was talking but I couldn't understand him until I finally snapped out of it.

"I remember!" I exclaim then groan at the pain exploding in my head.

"Remember what?" Nico asked me.

"Advil," I gasped out. I tried to grab my head but I was still tied to this stupid chair and I was laying on my back. Memories were still coming to me but not as vivid. Soon enough, something was handed to me and I brought it to my mouth. Instantly, relief flooded my head, although I don't remember Advil tasting so good. I realized I was now untied and I could move so I rolled on to my side, groaning in pain.

"Ambrosia," Nico explained, "Remember what?" He asked me again, softer this time.

"Everything," I said softly, my head pounding, "I'm so sorry," I groan.

"Hey, hey, hey, don't do that," Nico said, pushing a stray hair out of my eyes.

"You don't understand," I muttered as another memory hit me full force, "I'm not- I need to-" I struggled to sit up and get away but I barely got two inches before Nico grabbed my wrist, stopping all movement.

"What are you doing?" He asked me, genuinely confused.

I could feel my strength slowly coming back after being wiped from that trip down memory lane.

"I need to talk to someone," I muttered, still trying to pull away.

"Talk to me, I'm right here," he said, looking into my eyes.

"I- you're not-" I stopped, looked down, took a deep breath, then looked back up and said the words I never thought I'd say, "I don't know if I'll ever see you again."

He looked like he'd been slapped but he gave me a confused look, "What are you talking about?" He asked.

"Hecate," I said, "I need to talk to Hecate."

"Relax, okay? We'll find her. Together, okay?" Nico said soothingly.

"No," I said hurriedly and with finality.

"What? Why not?" He asked.

"This is something I have to do alone," I insisted.

"Why?"

"Just because! You wouldn't understand," I said and pulled myself out of his grasp then standing up.

"Then help me understand," he said desperately, standing up as well.

I looked at him flatly, "This isn't up for discussion. I'm going alone."

"You don't even know where she is!" He tried, "why do you even need to talk to her?"

"I know where she is!" I say, exasperated.

"How? You haven't even-"

"I just know, okay?" I was getting frustrated now.

"Prove it!" He snapped.

"Make me!" I snapped back.

"Fine!"

"Fine!"

"Good!"

"Great!" I said sarcastically.

"Fantastic!" He said, slamming his hands on the wall behind me and on either side of my head, so I was 'trapped' between his arms. I could have gotten out if I wanted but this was way too much fun.
