I'm really sorry this has taken so long to upload but i had an english exam at the start of the week so I was revising for that last weekend then I had to catch up with homework throughout the week so I had no time to write.
I just want to ask you guys something and opinions would really help. Okay, so do you think Emily and Josh should get back together really soon or play it out for a bit longer? I just don't really know what to do with that at the minute.
Also, thank you for all the comments on the previous chapter they were great :)

Dan’s P.O.V
“Dan, please just listen to me. We need to sort this out.” I hit the red button in annoyance. That was the 13th one I’d had from them. I looked at my phone and it was 3:34, I had been walking around for two hours just thinking. It shouldn’t have come out like this, I had planned to talk to Emily first and then Georgie. I was angry at myself, I was angry at Josh. In all honesty I couldn’t talk to anyone at the minute. I stopped walking and looked around trying to work out where I was. Nothing looked familiar, the dark didn’t help. I took in the road sign and I realised, somehow, I was in the road around the corner from Georgie’s house.
I couldn’t go back there. They’d all be there and I couldn’t face them. I vaguely remembered the route to Emily’s from when we had had to come back to support her, so that’s where I decided to go. I trailed through the streets walking in the direction I hoped was right. It began to rain so I put my hood up on my hoody and carried on through the rain. I knew that in the car it had taken us around 5 minutes so it was probably going to take around 20 minutes walking there. The rain was falling thick and fast now and my hood was beginning to soak through to my t-shirt. I shivered at the cold water touching my skin.
I began to run in the direction of Emily’s flat. While I was running my hood came down but I ignored it, it wasn’t making any difference any more. I carried on running through the streets trying to get out the rain as quickly as possible. I turned into Emily’s street and saw the apartment block at the end. I ran as quickly as I could, trying to get inside and in the warmth. My jeans were sticking to me because they were so wet. I made it to the apartment door and rang the buzzer to Emily’s apartment. I suddenly realised how late it was and that she probably wouldn’t be awake.
“Hello?” The answer on the other end of the line made me jump because I wasn’t expecting one. Surprisingly Emily didn’t sound like she had woken up.
“Emily I’m really sorry but can I come in?” I said.
“Dan? Erm yeah sure.” She sounded really confused but let me in anyway. I really hoped the escalator would be working, I looked and the sign was still on the door saying it was out of order. I groaned and began my way up the stairs. I left wet footprints up the stairs as I trailed up. I reached the top floor and lightly knocked on Emily’s apartment door. She came to the door and looked at me shocked.
“Omg Dan! Come in you’re drenched.” I followed her into the apartment and shut the door behind me. “What are you doing here?” I suddenly had no idea what to say. I couldn’t tell her that I was her best friend’s brother and I couldn’t say I had argued with Josh because it would worry her. I followed her into her living room and she fell onto the sofa. She had seemed to have forgotten about the question. Thank god for that.
“What are you doing up so late?”
“I’m waiting for James to come back; he’s gone out with some old friends. Why don’t you go and go in the shower and I’ll find you some clothes out of James’s case.” I nodded and got up and headed
