~ PROLOGUE 04 ~

SCARLETT PULLS UP in my driveway and leaves her hand on her steering wheel. I move my head from the window of the car, and I look at her.
"What if she kicks me out?"
"She's not going to kick you out"
"She might"
"She's not going to kick you out"
"You don't know my mother"
"Uh, yes I do, it's going to be okay, you have the most supportive parents in the world"
"I know" I say "What about my brothers if they try to go after him?"
"You are their weak spot, their baby sis, they wouldn't do anything to hurt you"
"What about Gray" I reply
"Yes, what about Grayson?"
"He might tell Jax"
"Okay, stop. This is not healthy thinking, everything is going to be okay" she says and puts her hands on my shoulders "But you need to tell your mother"
"Okay, let's go" I say and I open the car door, and we walk through my garage into the kitchen where my mum is at the breakfast bar reading a magazine
"Hey girls" she calls and we set out bags down
"Mum, I need to talk to you" I say nervously and she looks up at me
"What's wrong dear" she says and pats the 2 spots next to her, Scarlett rushes over, whilst I walk slowly. I sit down and take a big breath.
"You have to promise not to be mad at me" I say
"Okay, I promise" she says and I look at Scarlett and she nods
"I'm pregnant" I say
My mother's face pales, and she goes silent. I look at Scarlett and she's shocked too, tears start to fall down my face.
I knew it.
I'm screwed.
I look down and go to get up, but my mother's hand reaches up and wipes my tears.
"It's okay" she says
"What" I reply
"It's okay baby, I will support you no matter what" she says pulling me into a big hug
