"W- what? Really?" Mark looked at me. "Yes- it all adds up. There is no other way- we're all part of your conscious mind." I thought about it for a while, why would she separate us from Mark. "But Darkus-" Damien paused, making sure he knew how to describe this. "How are you a demon, and we aren't?"
"That's a question we should ask Celine." ____ walks out from behind a shrub of flowers. "You've been listening?" Oh shit, she's been listening. I thought. "A little bit- I got the gist of most of it though." She continues to walk up to us. "But, I got a plan."
Your POV:
"Celine first, then get Will. Celine should be coming by sometime soon- as she wouldn't leave all her belongings with an ex." You began. "We can pretend like we know nothing- like the normal. Dark takes her to a back corridor- say we know what she did, she'll spill- and bam! We can fix it." You finish your plan.
But, how would she fix this? Would she be able to fix it? Do they all want to go back into one body? Seems unlikely. But then you remembered that Damien never knew what phones or watches were. "Damien- have you ever left the mansion?" You intervene in his and Darks' ideas. "N-not in a few years." That earned a laugh from Dark.
"You mean decades- centuries if even." He said, but then his face became pale- and he understood where I was going. "Have you ever wanted to leave this home?" He added. Damien shook his head. "Never crossed my mind. Wait- should I want to leave?" He questioned- panicking slightly. "Yeah- it's a normal human thing to do- and how are you alive-" He shrugged. "Things we need to ask Celine- at that to the list." Mark huffed. You nodded.
Dark took a small little notepad and a pen out of thin air- beginning to write a list
Things to E̶x̶a̶m̶i̶n̶e̶ A̶s̶k̶ Question Celine ... about
Why am I a demon? Why is Damien under a trance to never leave the home? Why are we severed from Mark? When were we 'created' (as in separate alters and/or bodiesIf Mark dies- do we all?
"Why would you ask that-" "So- uh... we could keep you safe so we also don't die if that's the case." "Oh."
Why is Damien immortal?Where is Wilford now?
"Anything else we should remember?" Dark looks around - making eye contact with all of us for at least three seconds each. Everyone shook their heads or shrugged. "Very well. Now we wait." He huffed, taking in a lot of air- and letting it out slowly. You could tell that he was agitated. We were all quite overwhelmed with the knowledge that was given to us.
Your mind floated back to the thought of them all being in love with you. Is that would they truly mean- them all? What if I reject one- they would still love me, or is it even love. Would it just be real for one but fake for the others- or am I like their type. Dark stared at you intently, shaking his head slowly.
"Stop looking into my head. I'm going inside." You groan, leaving the group there. None of them follow you- because they wanted to discuss their own things, which is just as fine. You needed space, but you didn't wanna go home.
This... manor, although it has a lineage of curses engraved into its walls- it was comforting, knowing the people who care about you most lay inside it. The day went by quickly- you look out of your bedroom window- noticing that the sun began to set, and the moon was rising in its place. You were cooped up in your room most of the time.
You were never hungry- as the adrenaline made you forget about all human needs. Someone knocked on your door, "Come in." It was the three. "How are you doing?" Damien questions. "I'm fine. But I shouldn't be the one being worried about-" You finally face them from the window. "You three need to process what is happening.
"Oh- we have" Mark insisted. "But you on the other hand-help get those thoughts off our mind." You shrug. "Well, if you're really asking how I am then..." You sigh glumly. "I'm not doing to great, thinking about lots of things- you know?" You heard a faint 'I Know' from Dark behind Damien and Mark.
"Dark and I suggested us to come up and check on you- to just see you... or hear your voice. Having similar voices can be quite irritating." Damien explained, Dark nudging him in the shoulder. Awe, Dark being a caring person- demon. A caring demon.' You sighed, with a weak smile. Dark snarled, but it formed into a soft smile.
You walk over to the king-sized bed that you slept in the night before, patting the space surrounding you- signaling them to come over and lay with you. They all lay next to you, Dark on your left, Mark on your right, and Damien next to Mark. It was peaceful - quiet and calm. The only noise was the deep breaths they were taking until somebody knocks on the door that was already open, stepping into your room.
"Mind if I join?"
