Third POV
Forth may have underestimated Beam's warning. He was stunned after going out of the locker room and found out that no one was waiting for him. He looked around trying to catch a glimpse of Beam but to his dismay he saw none. His shoulder slumped at the disappointment but he isn't upset, it was his doing after all.
Deciding to walk to the parking lot, Forth checked his phone and see a message from Beam.
'Hoping you'll have a nice sleep.'
He can't help but chuckle a bit. He never thought that Beam would really teach him a lesson. A bit down at the idea of sleeping alone, he drove home sullenly.
Opening the door of their apartment, he was welcomed by the deafening silent. He flopped down the couch and as soon as his bottom touched the soft covering, Kitten ran out, bouncing on his way from the kitchen.
His forehead creases on confusion who let this fluffy creature out of his play pen. Suddenly, he heard the sound of running water against the sink followed by the clinking of what seems to be the utensils.
Forth scurried his way to the kitchen and found his lover preparing their meal like a caring Beamie that he is. His boyfriend seems to be unaware of his presence and so, he slowly moved towards him.
Beam was engrossed in what he was doing when he felt a pair of strong arms laced around his waist. Forth placed his chin on Beam's shoulder making the latter stop.
"I know you can't let me be alone." Forth confidently whispered against his lover's ear. Beam felt his boyfriend's warm breathe on his skin causing him to abruptly get out of his embrace.
"I'm just here to prepare your food. I'm still staying at P'Joss' tonight." Beam uttered seriously looking at his P'Forth's face. He is biting the inside of his cheeks to prevent himself from smiling upon seeing his lover's well executed puppy eyes and pouting lips.
Beam thought of something he knows Forth would be embarrassed of. Suddenly, he grabbed his phone from his pants' back pocket and pretended to be typing a message to his P'Joss.
He acted like reading aloud. 'P, can you pick me up? I'm staying at your place tonight. Send.' But then the same time he pressed that button his plan was ruined, the camera was flash and a shutter sound.
Hearing his plans crumbling down, he went running towards their bedroom locking the door from the inside and securing a copy of the photo. He surely knows Forth will force him to delete it.
Moments later, he heard Forth knocking. "Bee, you know you don't have to steal photos of me. You just got to ask. I'll be willing to do any pose for you." By the sound of it, Beam can hear through Forth's grin and muffled laughter, he'll be dead from all of this teasing.
Beam decided to face his misery by opening the door. He walked past his boyfriend, picking up Kitten and not saying anything. Beam sat down the couch placing Kitten on his lap when Forth took the puppy and made himself comfortable instead, laying his head on his lover lap. The Kitten was then, placed on the floor.
"This is mine not Kitten's." Forth said with a stern look and pouting lips.
"Look who's desperate, now. Comparing himself to a puppy..." Beam retorted with much amusement.
"Well, I can be your puppy. Let's give Kitten away..." Forth said burying his face on his lover's stomach, adjusting himself when Beam suddenly smacked his shoulder.
"How dare you think of Kitten that way? What kind of father are you?" Beam glared at him without realizing what he said.
"Waitttt HAHAHAHA" Sitting up, Forth laughed so hard he was running out of breath.
"So, Bee, you're saying I'm Kitten's father? That means you're his mom. Oh wow didn't know you were thinking of planning our future fam now. HAHAHAHA"
"NO P'FORTH, I MEAN IT'S JUST WE ADOPTED HIM AND..." But his boyfriend seems so caught up with the idea of them being a little family with the little fur ball as their baby.
"Nevermind." He went back to the kitchen to finish preparing their dinner. Halfway through it, he heard Forth yelled, "Bee, you should call me DADDY!!"
How he wish that the floor would just swallow him, now!!
