Chapter 2

Skai's Pov

I blink and try to adjust my eyes to the light and when I do, I realise I'm in a room, a strange room. I want to call out for someone and thats when I realised I'm gagged, I try to reach for my mouth to free whatever is restricting me from talking and I realise I'm bound to a chair, legs and hands tied up. What's happening?

"I see you're up." Jeff says in a happy tone.

My eyes widen, why is Jeff here? And what does he mean by I'm up? Did I pass out? Last I remember I was at my apartment, trying to pack up decorations and other stuff I needed, when... Oh shit

I try to move and make some type of noise for someone to help me

"quit doing that, you look pathetic!"

He walks round me, then he grabs my hair and pulls really tight, i feel like my hair is about to pull out of its roots, I hiss as it hurts a lot

"oh stop now Jeff, you're going to hurt our little princess here... I'm so sorry about how he's behaving, being rude to our guest, now that's no way to treat a lady Jeff" Danielle says.

Then she let's out a laugh as she unties the clothe used to gag me

"what do you want? Why are you doing this to me?!" I ask.

She smiles a sweet smile before it turns to an evil smirk.

"what I want? My darling you and I know what I want and as for why I'm doing this that would be because, you're what is standing between my goal and I, so I have to get you out of the way"

She shrugs as though she didn't just threaten me.

"what do you mean out of the way?" I panic.

"I know you're not dumb, but for clarification purposes - I have to kill you."

She says in a nonchalant manner and my eyes go wide, I look at Jeff and he has a sick smile on his face, that bastard!
She turns to him and they begin whispering to each other

"Please don't do this Danielle." I plead.

She snaps her head in my direction with a sinister smile plastered on her face.

"Tsk tsk tsk, darling, didn't your momma teach you to not speak unless spoken to?"

I gulp unsure what's about to happen, she has that evil smirk as she steps closer to me. She graps my jaw really tight and turns my face from side to side

"I wonder what he sees in you that he doesn't see in me. Well, we're going to turn his little angel to a little slut and see how he likes it."

She let's out - what I think is an evil laugh and I gulp in fear, this woman is sick in the head.

"Jeff will take care of the rest... I don't care what they do with you, all I wanted was you out of my way, I want massimo so bad, I don't mind killing you so I can have him to myself. Elsa ruined my chance before and you came out of nowhere and did the same, the only difference is she died on her own accord before I had the chance to end her myself." she shrugs.

"Christ! Danielle, that's your sister..." I snap.

"Was!... I never liked her anyway. She thought she was better than everyone else, my parents loved her more, she always seemed to attract all the good guys, I hated her. And finally she died, May her soul rest in peace, or not? I don't care. The only problem now is the brat she left behind, but that will be taken care of once I marry my love."

"please don't hurt her..." I cry.

"Oh shut it! I see you two were quite close, enough reason to not want her around, I don't even like kids."

Jeff re-enters the room, I didn't notice when he left, but now he's standing at the doorway with a hand on his hip

"The boss will be here anytime soon Dani." Jeff informs her.

"Oh well, so long Skai. I don't hope to see you again, ever!... Any last words? - I don't care anyway." she snorts.

With that she walks away and out the door with Jeff by her side. Who's the boss? Lord please help me... I'm scared. Keep ismerelda away from her evil clutches.
My parents will be devastated! Has anyone even noticed I'm missing?
