Chapter 13: Arranged marriage

Rhain's Pov

I was putting all my things for tomorrow, When my mother came.

"Dear?" She called me...

"Why Mom?" I asked her while closing my bag.

"We have something to discuss, with your Dad"

No way! If Dad will talk to me I'm Sure it's totally serious.

"For W-what mom?" I asked without looking direct on her eyes.

"Let's just talk about it in the library, your Dad is waiting..."

I'm so nervous...I'm curious about what were gonna talk about.

When we arrived in The library, we saw Dad sitting on the couch. Mom sat beside dad, So I sat in front of them.

"What are we gonna talk about?" I asked seriously.

"Our company will be emerging with on of the best companies here in America." My dad said with a very serious tone.

"So?..." I ask

"So..." Dad stopped talking and he gets the envelope from his case.

"You are going to marry their son...It's a Arrange marriage" WHAT?!!!

"NO WAY DAD!! I'M NOT GONNA DO IT!!!" I stood up but dad stopped me.

"Settle down Rhain!"

"You don't have a boyfriend right? So its okay."

"But I don't love him! I don't even know who that guy is!"

"You'll meet him, and you'll absolutely love him." Mom said confidently after mom talked they went outside the library

I cant believe that they're actually doing this to me... I cant marry a guy I've just met. NO scratch that i dont know him i mean

I was left here thinking about what they said earlier.

"Why? They are not like this. They dont want fixed marriage, they... They... Arghhh!"

I can't believe this!

MHAY's POV

"Nanny. Ill be going!" I shouted as i went outside the dinning room

"Take care"

"Okie" i said as i got in my car

"Umm... before we go to school let's go to Jenny's house first, okay?"

"Yes Ms.Mhay..."

The driver took me to Jenny's house. Jenny's car was approaching the main gate, when she saw me.

"Oh? Mhay! It's nice to see you today!" She smiles at me.

"Yeah I just want that wae go to school together... I just miss going to school with you."

"Yeah... I miss those times when we all go to school on the same time." I hugged her.

"Let's go? We're going to be late!"

"Okay!" I got in the car...

We arrived at school...

We saw Joyce's car arrived.
It's the first time I saw joyce wearing a mini skirt!

"Wow?! What happened? What's up with your clothes!" Jenny asked

"Huh? Ummm... what's wrong with my attire?" Joyce looks at her clothes

"Your wearing a mini skirt?! A MINI SKIRT!" Jenny emphasized MINI SKIRT!

"Oh... I decided to wear this skirt cause I haven't wear this for weeks"

"C'mon lets go!" We all went to our classroom.

(After class)

"Umm... have anyone seen Rhain?"

"No... I think she's absent today..."

After 2 days

Rhain didn't go to school for 2 consecutive days... I wonder if she's okay
