__Mabel's POV__

Frisk and I have been getting closer. I still couldn't believe I was becoming BFFs with the princess! No one would believe me!

We both sat down in one of the castle's balconies that loomed over the city. We could see the buildings, the forest, the beach. As I contemplated the view, Frisk painted. I thought that she was painting the view, and she was.

" I wanted to paint the view from here during the day, sunset, night, and sunrise. As a collection of sorts." She said.

" Won't it take too long?" I ask.

" Well, I have all my life to occupy myself."

Oh yeah, she doesn't go to school.

" Does the princess have a number?" I question.

"Yeah. You want it?" She asks me. I nodded and we exchanged numbers.

"There, like that, we can still communicate after the summer vacation." She says calmly. How does she remain calm with all the work she has. I ask her the question that flew into my mind and she responded with a giggle.

"I am not calm at all. I just try to."

Then we both laughed.

I look over to see her painting. It was beautiful. Like a Bob Ross painting.

"You're so talented! What else can you do?"

" I'm an expert at any art in general, drawing, sculpting, etc... "

"And Chara? What can she do?"

"Don't tell her I told you, but she is a queen at waltzing and flamenco. Not to mention gardening, fighting and singing." Frisk replies, whispering in my ear.

" Wow! Such a shame she's so mean..." I said as I remembered yesterday when she attacked Dipper.

"Yeah..." Frisk sighs. "Staying with her brother is changing her."

" She wasn't always like this?" I ask shockingly.

" She was an ambivert. She was a badass and liked to talk with her friends. Sometimes when she meets new people, she avoids them, but when learning about them better, she trusts them. She'd make jokes...Nothing like she is now."

There was silence after that. Well. Just between Frisk and I. We could hear the life in the city as we were above it.

" We need to tell her that she's changing," I tell my friend immediately.

" Agreed," Frisk replies, putting her paintbrush on her palette. We both run out of the balcony and found our way back to the hallway. We searched for each room where she could be, and we realized Dipper was gone.

Shit, did they got into a fight?

"If they did get into a fight, they'd be at the garden," Frisk explains. I nodded as we run to said garden. We bust open the doors and run around the place, trying to find them. That is until we saw the two just randomly having a snack together. Not fighting. Relaxing. Enjoying their time. They ignored our presence and continued to chat. Chara was acting just like Frisk described her.

We stood, there, utterly confused.

What is the actual fuck just happened between them?
