__3rd Person POV__
A purple-skinned monster entered the palace grounds, permitted to once the guards saw her. She had many eyes, many arms, and one of them held a basket of ingredients. She strolled around the foyer than the hallway, then the kitchen. It has been a while since any of Frisk's monster friends visited her, and the spider-lady wanted to change that. She missed her 'darling' a lot. And Chara. She loved them equally, but you can tell who's her favorite.
As she entered the kitchen, the spider-lady put down her ingredients on the counter, its scents were so strong that it lured the four kids into the cuisine.
As the four enter, Frisk exclaims of pure joy upon seeing her friend. "Muffet!"
"Frisk dearie! It's been too long!" Muffet says, opening her multiple arms. Frisk jumps in a tight hug.
" Dipper, Mabel, meet Muffet! She's one of my many friends, she owns a spider bakery." Frisk explains to her friends.
"I've heard a lot from you from your great-uncles, it is a pleasure to meet you." The spider monster bows. She then turns to the counter, which Chara's eyes were set on. "Ah! Yes! I have decided we shall bake my special Spider Donuts today to occupy you!" She exclaims. Each of her hands point to the ingredients.
" 1½ cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon zest
½ cup sugar
¾ cup and 2 tablespoons almond milk
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/3 cup blueberry juice
1 drop purple food coloring
1 donut pan
Royal icing in decorating bag fitted with #2 tip.
I'll have to divide you. Frisk, Mabel, you will make the icing and decorate the donuts, while Dipper and Chara will make the batter and bake it." Muffet explains. Frisk and Mabel sat down on the counter of another table while Dipper and Chara got ready and started to bake with Muffet's instructions helping them.
"Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a medium mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix in lemon zest. In a measuring cup combine almond milk and vinegar, stirring until curdled. Mix in oil and vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Do not over mix." She explains. She did not rush and divided the instructions into two. making the batter and putting it in the mold and oven.
Muffet grinned when she saw the two kids who were once enemies smiling at each other. She knew where this was going, and I'm sure you do too.
"Scoop batter into a decorating bag and pipe it into well-greased donut pans. Leave about 1/4 inch of space at the top of each tray, then bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Don't forget to let the donuts cool on a cooling rack so when we put the frosting, it won't melt off."
(this is fucking common baking knowledge that I have sewn into my brain cause I watch too much Sugar Rush on Netflix)
And soon enough, the batter was ready, put into the molds, and yeeted into the oven. the bowl was almost empty but had a few more parts of batter and Chara couldn't stop dipping her finger and licking it with her finger. Dipper tried his best to tell her not to, but failed.
"Chara no."
" Chara it's bad for you."
" CHARA IT'S NOT EVEN BAKED!"
" CHARA IT'S RAW YOUR STOMACH IS GONNA HURT!"

She then sat down on the floor gripping the bowl on one end with Dipper attempting to pull it on the other end.
If you have read my previous GravityTales, you should know that Chara has a demonic parasite that's the goddess of destruction, so basically, that makes her a goddess. Making her the winner of this struggle. Now that was settled, Frisk and Mabel, already BFFs at this point since they hanged a lot these days to the point it made Dipper lonely and hang out with Chara, went to the counter, and made the glaze with the two behind watching them.
"Whisk together blueberry juice, powdered sugar, and food coloring until smooth and shiny with no lumps. Scoop glaze into a decorating bag."
After 5 minutes of the two girls making a terrible mess, and asking Luna (sweetiethedog's OC who works in the kitchen) to clean up, the icing was ready.
"Okay! Dipper! Chara! Come along now! Time to decorate!" Muffet shouts to get their attention. Chara nods, her mouth full of the finished batter, and they walked towards the counter.
There were 12 donuts. Four were given to each one of them.
When everybody held the pipes, Muffet spoke her recipe directions by heart.
"Place a piece of parchment paper beneath the cooling rack and then coat the donuts in glaze. Let them sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Use the pipe to make a white spider web onto each donut." Muffet says.

"What are you doing Mabel?!"
"She said to coat the donuts!"
"WITH THE PIPE NOT DIP IT IN THE FUCKING BOWL!" Frisk shouts. everyone looks at Frisk, cause this was the rarest of times she cursed, it was really rare. but we all know Chara is the most cussing one around here. Frisk's annoyed face turned into a face of hilarious one as she laughs. She then falls to the floor, still giggling like a child. Soon enough, everyone was.
Muffet wipes a tear as she puts the donuts to the fridge to cool after the decorating part.

After making the donuts, Toriel, really happy, took a picture and thanked Muffet. As Muffet left the castle, Chara asked her mom what will they do now, because the day wasn't over yet.
"Hmm...I'm not sure...Why not we have a picnic with the donuts!" She proposes.
"At night!" Mabel shouts.
"Good idea Mabel! C'mon, the sun is about to set anyway! And I'm sure we'll find many beautiful stars tonight!"
