He messed up.

He messed up big time.

If there was any doubt that he did something wrong before, now it was crystal clear.

Back at Kyoya's family's pool, he was the one averting his eyes from Kazumi. Then, at her house, she was the one doing it to him.

It was official - Morinozuka Takashi messed up big time.

Of course, he didn't have any ill intentions when it happened, but it happened nonetheless.

In his head, he had a very reasonable justification for his attitude, but his quiet nature didn't help him to divulge these reasons to the others. The thing is - there was a battle going on inside him, something he didn't know how to deal with as he never had to face such a predicament in the past.

When his grey eyes laid upon Kazumi's stunning figure in a bikini, his instincts went wild. It was a shock, honestly. He never felt so intense towards someone before, but his morals and values refrained him from ogling her in such a disrespectful way. He didn't expect that his attempt to be civil would result in a misunderstanding that led Kazumi to avoid him.

Ignoring her may not have been the best of behaviors, but he had a hard time coming to terms with these new, overwhelming feelings.

He knew he had to do something to remedy his situation with her.

After Kazumi fully recovered, Tamaki decided to take the host club to the beach in apology for causing her so much trouble. The only people who didn't seem as excited were Haruhi and Kazumi herself. Haruhi wanted to study, while Kazumi expected to have more time to gather her feelings and make herself believe that being so close to Takashi wasn't so difficult.

Kazumi's mother, Emi, wasn't happy to know that her baby girl was going on another adventure with the Host Club. The fact that the club's clients were tagging along helped to dim her worries as she believed that they would behave themselves if they had to pretend to be gentlemen in front of other rich girls.

When the Third Year girl shared that bit of info with the others, they were a little offended, especially Tamaki, but couldn't deny Emi's assumptions as they did cause some trouble to some people due to some of their shenanigans.

Now, on a private beach of the Ootori family in Okinawa, Kazumi hoped that she could avoid Takashi as he would probably spend his time entertaining the girls. Or entertaining Honey.

She had a different bikini this time. Her top was white and had a veil on the front, while the bottom was royal blue with white ties on each side. She still had no qualms in displaying her skin, showing her tattoos proudly despite its bad reputation in Japanese culture. If people decide to think that she's part of Yakuza or something, maybe they'd keep their distance from her.
