Upon returning to the Fair, the Hosts were gushed by the girls, especially Takashi and Kazumi. It turned out that they thought the Stoic Type being in a relationship made him even more appealing than before, urging the couple to hold hands and dance together. His caring nature to Kazumi sparked a whole new level of fangirling.

It turned out that Takashi and Kazumi didn't marry after graduating.

Takashi attended Ouran University to study History. He continued with the Host Club with the others while Kazumi left to study music at Berklee College of Music in Boston.

At first, it was challenging to maintain a long-distance relationship, but Takashi was patient, and Kazumi would periodically visit him. She returned to Japan during the holidays, and sometimes the Host Club would visit her. Haruhi wanted to see some colleges in the States, and Tamaki tagged along, making all the Hosts go too.

But Kazumi would also return to Japan for a few other reasons.

Tamaki and Kyoya's graduation consisted of a lot of tears from the blonde Eurasian, who couldn't bear the thought of the Host Club's end.

Her mother's wedding to Ranka surprised many people. They decided on a small and private ceremony to keep it from the media. Ryouji and Haruhi adopted the Tokimatsu surname, much to Seiji and his father's displeasure.

Kazumi's father and brother were ashamed to be somewhat related to "commoners" such as them, which motivated them to keep their distance from the Tokimatsu family. Emi and Kazumi were relieved, especially because the Chamberlain Enterprise wasn't doing so well lately.

Haruhi and the Twins' graduation was eventful as Tamaki decided to propose to the brunette right after the ceremony, in front of everyone. It was in the spur of the moment, so he didn't have a ring yet and hadn't asked for her father's blessings. Haruhi immediately turned him down, as she felt too young to marry.

Honey's wedding to Kanazuki Reiko, a member of the Black Magic Club. Who would have thought that Honey would be the first to marry? The two were complete opposites, which somehow seemed to make them fit for each other. Takashi was, of course, the best man, and Kazumi was the maid of honor.

It was easy to say that Kazumi and Takashi had a four-year engagement before finally tieing the knot on a private beach in Kyoto. Takashi had proposed again right after their graduation, summoning the Host's help to plan a more romantic setting for it. The former Stoic Type got Ranka and Emi's blessings before proposing again, and he bought another engagement ring. A month later, they were officially husband and wife. Finally.

And when Haruhi moved to Boston to study Law, the Host Club was together again. Tamaki joined her, as was expected, pulling Kyoya along, and so did the Twins, who couldn't be without their "toy".

Kazumi was already living there with Takashi after finishing college, and Honey couldn't live so far from his cousin, so he also moved to the States.

Through a series of marriages, Tamaki got the family he sought for so long after saying "yes" to the love of his life and becoming the first parents of the group.
