Ashley's POV

"I'm hungry!" John B yelled as he made his way to the sand and sat next to me.

"And that's my problem because?" I ask him playfully causing him to smack my arm.

"Since this is the only time JJ is not on top of you, can we talk about when I almost kissed you?" John B asked me softly.

"We were drunk. You weren't thinking about your actions. It's fine... I understand." I say as I sit up.

I place my sunglasses on my face and look over at him.

"Well. The thing is I was a million percent aware of my actions. I liked you Ashley for a while and I never confessed or anything because I knew you liked JJ and that's completely fine because I just want you to be happy..." John B rambled nervously.

"It's okay John B. Thanks for telling me." I say softly.

"I hope this doesn't change anything between me and you." John B says as he runs his hand through his hair.

"Nope. It won't." I say as I try and reassure him.

"Please don't tell JJ about this conversation." John B says nervously.

"I won't." I say as my eyes land on JJ.

I could tell he was making fun of Pope as a huge grin rested on his face. Pope looked annoyed as he glared at JJ. I felt a small smile creep on my lips as I watched the adorable boy. JJs eyes looked over at the beach. His eyes landed on me and he immediately smiled and waved at me. I waved back at him and he quickly made his way out of the water.

"I'm hungry as shit!" JJ yelled as he walked towards me and John B.

"Hi hungry as shit I'm Ashley." I say jokingly causing JJ to flick me off.

"We need to get some food." John B mumbled as he played with the sand.

JJ nodded as he looked down at us. I picked up a towel and tried to hand it to JJ but he smacked it away. JJ wrapped his arms around me causing me to scream. He was dripping wet and I had been trying to dry off.

"You are so cold!" I scream causing him to laugh.

"Oops." He mumbles as he holds onto me tightly.

"I gave you a towel for a reason!" I yell angrily.

His wet body clang to mine causing me to get cold.

"But you're warmer than the towel." JJ mumbles softly as he lets go of me.

He stares at my face and notices me starting to shiver. He quickly grabs the towel I tried to give him and wraps it around my body. He hugs me again but this time the towel was in between me and his soaked body. I rested my head on his chest as he rested his head on my head.

"I want food." I mumble into JJ's chest.

He hums in response as he places a soft kiss on my head.

"What happened to playing hard to get?" I ask him playfully.

"I gave up once I saw your cute face with those sunglasses." He says playfully as he grabs the sunglasses off my face.

The sun immediately blinds me as my eyes try to adjust to the sudden brightness. I groan as I close my eyes and hide my face in JJs chest. I look up and see my pink sunglasses are now on JJs face.
