Toppers POV

"Get up!" My dad screamed as he's shook my body awake.

"It's summer, why are you waking me up?" I mumble as I roll over in my bed.

"The cops are here! What did you do?" My dad yells angrily.

I quickly open my eyes and sit up. I notice the clock says 3:00 am. I hear loud sirens right outside my window.

"I didn't do anything." I say truthfully as I try and wake up.

"Then why are the cops at my door asking for you?" My dad yells at me sharply.

I sigh as I run my hand through my hair. I throw on a random shirt as I try and think of if I have done anything illegal this week. I follow my dad to the door where a police officer and the sheriff are waiting for me.

"Sleep well?" The sheriff asks me sarcastically.

"Uh yeah. Why are you guys here?" I ask her as I was very confused.

"You really have no idea?" The sheriff asks me sharply.

I shake my tired head as I look down at her.

"Maybe the name Ashley will ring a bell." The sheriff says sharply.

Shit. Are they talking about when we stuffed her in the car? I thought Rafes dad took care of that.

"Can you be more specific?" I mumble as fear is evident in my voice.

"She's been missing since 10:00 pm." Sheriff says sharply.

"Really? I'm sorry but I have no idea where she is." I mumble as I didn't even hang out with Rafe the other night.

"Are you sure about that? Did you see Rafe Cameron last night?" The sheriff asked me.

"I did not. I was at a family dinner with my parents." I say calmly.

She still doesn't seem convinced as she looks me up and down.

"We are just gonna take a look around your house if that's okay with you." The sheriff says sharply.

I gesture for her to walk inside and she does. She looks all around my house and she seems disappointed when she doesn't find anything.

"Sorry for the trouble. If you figure out where she is give me a call." The sheriff says sharply as she walks out of my house.

The second she left I quickly sprinted to my room and picked up my phone and called Rafe. Of course the asshole didn't answer. I then called Kelce who actually answered.

"Dude it's 3:00 in the morning?" Kelce says in a groggily tone.

"Do you know where Ashley is?" I ask him sharply.

"What? Why?" Kelce says nervously.

"The police just came to my house looking for her and I'm guessing they are going to your house next!" I yell at him.

"Shit." Kelce mumbles.

"What did you do?" I ask him sharply.

"I helped Rafe kinda kidnap her but he said he was gonna return her in two hours." Kelce says frantically.
