Togata Mirio:

(Mirio's Upset)

Mirio had speifically asked her not to visit the hospital that frequently. She only came twice every week, but if it were up to Y/N, she would come see her boyfriend every day after school. It was hard to see his empty desk beside her in class. Nejire and Tamaki tried their best to cheer her up, but they knew she was still missing him.

But it's been a week since he's been back at the dorms. The two of them spent all the time they could together. Since he took temporary leave from UA, he had time to take care of Eri. Now he wasn't as lonely as he thought he'd be without Y/N by his side every minute. During the day, that is.

She came back from studying late at night in the library. Her Hero Basics teacher, Snipe, told her not to stay any longer than 12 in the morning. So she came back to the dormitories at 11:55.

Mirio had been switching between sleeping in his room and Y/N's. Usually, he'd sleep in his own room on Sundays as school wasn't on for his girlfriend. If she was up studying in her dorm, he didn't want to interrupt and stayed in his room. Other times, he slept in her room to keep some company.

Y/N opened the door to her room, wiping her eyes and locking the knob as she walked in. It was dark, but the light of the lamposts outside illuminated the room enough through the crack of the blinds. She put her bag down next to the desk before looking over to her bed.

As if on cue, Mirio shot up, gasping for air and his blonde locks messed up with sweat dripping down his forehead. She widened her eyes before rushing over to him.

"Mirio?" She whispered, kneeling in front of him on the mattress and placing her hands on his shoulders, "Hey, hey, Mirio, it's me. Here, come on—"

She enveloped him in her embrace, arms around his neck and brushing fingers through his hair. She set herself in between his legs, hearing his panting slow down to normal breathing. It was just a nightmare.

Mirio blinked a few times, feeling tears prickle his eyes and fall down his cheeks as he snaked his arms around her waist, pulling her closer. He dug his face into her shoulder, trying to stop the tears from wetting her shirt. It's not like she minded, but Mirio didn't want it to.

"Y/N..." He whispered, taking deep breaths in and tightening his grasp on her, "I'm sorry, I just had a... a bad dream."

She shook her head, leaning against him and looking him in the eyes. "Don't apologise, Mirio. It's not your fault." She reminded him, brushing the tears cascading down his skin, "I'll take care of you as many times as I need to. You don't want to talk about it now, do you?"

Mirio shook his head and felt Y/N pull them down to the bed. She allowed him to rest his head against her chest, head once again nuzzled into her neck. Y/N held him tighter and resting a leg around his hip, planting kisses on his temple and a few on his cheeks and lips when he looked up at her.

"It's okay, Mirio, you don't have to right now. I'm sorry I didn't come earlier." Y/N said softly, rubbing his shoulders to soothe things out, "I didn't know you were having nightmares. I wish I could help."

Mirio smiled. The first time since she left for classes this morning, since Eri was with Aizawa today. He kissed her shoudler and sighed, "You're helping right now, Angel. And I'm so thankful for it. You're calming me down."
