For the past few days, I noticed that the light from our ever-radiant "Princess"-chatelaine was slowly dying.

She didnt smile as brightly as before.

She looked tired, even..

It was as if she didn't want to live to be happy..

So one day, I confronted Y/N.

"Y/N..? You awake?" I knocked on her door and asked.

I heard shuffling inside as the door opened a tiny bit.

"M-Masamune..! Hehe, w-what is it..?" Y/N asked me, hastily.. Too hastily..

"I just wanna know what's going on..." I truthfully told her.

Her eyes widened slightly, and I knew I was correct.

"Wh-.. I-.. I-.. I've looked like that..?"

"Not to many in particular. Mitsuhide didn't buy it. And neither did I. I'd like some of my questions answered, by the end of today, please." I told her.

Was I being to rash?

Was I asking her too harshly?

Whats up with me lately...????

Ever since she's looked so sad, I've been thinking about much more..

...Could I-..?...

No, it can't be..

Y/N let me inside her room, and I sat down on the floor.

"Sooo.. Lass, what's up?" I asked her, breaking the uneasy silence.

Y/N walked up to me, sat down next to me, put her head on my shoulder, and silently cried.

I could feel her tears through the fabric of my clothing.

I held her close, still softly asking her what was wrong.

"Everyone.. they- they-"

I cut her off.

"What did we do to upset you?"

She slowly shook her head.

"It wasn't you, Masamune.. I meant that.. no one remembered the date of when I came here.. Even I forgot.."

Soft and floofy POKE.

I gently poked Y/N's forehead.

"So that's whats gotten you all worked up..?"

She nodded.

"..mhm.."

"Well.. You came to us on the night of June 21, 1582. I remember that day very clearly,  lass. So cheer up now. What do you say? Ypu wanna take the day off and go 'round town doing fun stuff only you and I can do?" I suggested.

She nodded.

"..heh.. Okay!"

She wiped her eyes and stood up.

"..*sniff*..Um.. Ha, sorry for that..*sniff*"

But I waved it off.

"At least I know its not anything major." I told her.

Later that day, Y/N received news that she was able to take a day off.

And so, Y/N and Masamune went into town in the evening, going 'round the nearby blocks, going into a tea house to just relax and enjoy the day, then they both went home.

Bonus!!:

It was only until the next day that Y/N recieved news she had been decieved. She was never allowed to go out, and in doing so because of incorrect reasons, she was under house arrest.

But she still snuck out like a good girl im the middle of the night to visit Masamune and have some tea and snacks.
