Tao's POV

"you're worthless!" Dad shouted as he slapped me.

I just lowered my head, I'm not in the mood to talk back.

"How come you failed huh?!" He asked.
"I haven't saw him this day." I answered.
"Aish! Get out." He just said rubbing his temples.

I just shrugged and went out. We were talking about my mission back there. The mission about killing Luhan.

Luhan hyung and I are friends since our first year in SMU. We hung out, or ate lunch together but we're not that close. We just liked each other's company, we don't know everyting about each other.

I've killed too many people in the past. I don't know what's holding me back this time. Is it because Luhan hyung treat me as one of his friends or is it because of what will happen after I killed him.

I don't have a lot of friends, if I'm not with Luhan hyung's companion then I'm just alone. That's because I'm always transferring from one place to another because of this killing shts. I'm sure if I'm done killing Luhan, my father and I will transfer again to a different place.

There's this feeling that I don't want to go away. Not now that I've got new friends. Having a lot of friends is nice and warm but I don't want them to get involve in this life of mine. Especially him, Kris gege. He's so good to me, I can't let him get hurt.

I heard my phone buzzed.

Kris ge calling...

I sighed before answering the call.

"Hey." He said.
"Wassup?" I asked.
"Let's go out." He said happily.

He's really something, he always wear that cold face on but he's really cute and childish.

"Your treat?" I asked.
"Always." He answered and I chuckled. "Han River at 7?" He asked.
"Sure. Bye." I said then hanged up.

Jeez, my heart's beating too fast. It always happen when I'm talking or even just with him.

No. I can't be in love with him. He'll just despise me if he found out about my dirty work and besides I'm going away after I'm done with this mission.

Then it hit me. Is that what's holding me back from killing Luhan hyung? Because I know I'll be away from Kris ge after that.

I stood up and walked to my closet. If I'm in love with him then does he feel the same way?

"Waaah! Kris ge, is that a new gucci?" I asked pointing at the woman walking in front of us.
"Hmm, I think no. You have one like that, just different color." He said chuckling.
"Oh." I just said and sipped on my hot chocolate drink.

Lub.dub.lub.dub.lub.dub.

It's my heart again. Should I ask him if he loves me, too? No. What if he's not and he got shocked. Aish!

"Panda." He called.
"Yes?"
"Are you happy?" He asked.
"Yes." Then I giggled like a girl.
"Good."
"Kris ge." Now it's my turn to ask. He just hummed in response.
"Do... Do you... like me?" I asked.

He looked so shock then bowed his head.

"Tao, no I-"
"I'm just kidding gege! Uhh, I'll go now ok? Dad's calling. Bye." I said as I started to run away.

That's it! I felt my tears falling. I run and run until I got into the park.

He doesn't like me. I'll just move on (?) But how? He's the only person who made me feel I'm cared and important. No. He really doesn't like me. So I have to continue my mission.

I wiped my tears. I'll go to Luhan hyung's house. As I walk in the park, I smirked at what I saw. It's Luhan hyung. The prey's into his near death.

I pulled out my hidden dagger from my sleeves, it's always with me. I'm sorry Luhan hyung.

I sneaked near him, he's on the bridge looking down at the lake water. I'm behind him. I stepped once more and dashed closer and stabbed his back. He groaned in pain. I pushed him off the bridge.

I was about to run when everything turned black. What happened?
