The sound of kids rambling on and on bit at my ears, the chatty girls around me doing nothing to help my dwindling patience. Though I griped my tray tighter and tighter, a smile settled onto her features as her eyes laid on a stunning, black haired girl. Victoria Adams, oldest daughter of Thomas and Erica Adams, was probably the single most beautiful person I'd ever seen. That might've been due to her lucky genetics (especially considering her...not as blessed parents), or the way she managed to charm me entirely into swooning over everything she did. Regardless of which ever it was, seeing her made dealing with the other annoying rich kids all worth it.

"Hey, Victoria!" I set my tray down and take my 'official' seat right by her side. It was no secret that we were both very close, but as far as everyone else was concerned, we're just friends.

"Hey there, {Y/N}" She greeted me with a soft smile that made me melt in my seat. How could I not? she was beautiful in every sense of the word. long, soft black hair that fell down to her waist, straight across bangs that framed her face perfectly. I love whenever she lets me brush it, and she does too. Her eyes were a warm, dark brown, bordering on red. Her skin was fair and soft, yet her hands were actually often calloused. She managed to look amazing in everything she wore, having a curvy hourglass shape, and looking especially flattering in the school uniform. She played for the school's girls volleyball team, having played all her life, and stood at about 5'9.

Despite how much I gush over how she looks, we both know that thats not why I fell for her. She was everything I was and wasn't. She's sweet, nice, understanding, and most importantly, she loves me. Unfortunately, we lived in a very homophobic community and thus had to keep our relationship a secret. It was worth it though, I don't think I could ever imigine running around so much with anyone besides her.  As silly as it may seem, we even planned our futures after university. We'd graduate, inherit our family's company's (Who were already business partners) and then officially get married. Obviously, it'd be alot more difficult to go through with all that. Again, it'd be all worth it.

The day commenced without any other interuptions, which she was greatfull for. Jane walked {Y/N} back to her room. She noticed that the door had her name written out on it, almost identical to the doors around her. She bit her lip, an uneasy feeling settling into the pit of her stomach yet again.

Waving Jane off, she opened the door and stepped into the room she had woken up in hours prior. It seemed nothing had changed from when she was last in in here. Though, the air felt musty and uncomfortably warm.

She took in the layout of the room. It was a bit larger than her bedroom at her house, making it a comfortable and spaceous, but as of now, very empty. The bed was a queen, pushed into the far left corner of the room with a black wire bed frame that definitely matched the aesthetic of the rest of the mansion.  pushed up at the foot of the bed was a large, white, desk. The only thing on the desk was a computer and a desk lamp, neither of which were currently plugged in. A white bedside table sat right next to the bed, also being home to a simple lamp and alarm that was perched on top, also not plugged in. Two large glass doors were directly next to the nightstand. It lead out to a balcony that's view was particularly obstructed due to the trees. Seeing as how they were all rather large pine trees, she guessed that she was in a forest. She took notice that the doors to the balcony were able to be locked and unlocked from inside her room, yet there was nothing currently in place to keep her in her room. She assumed that the creature that "hired" her either had faith in her to not run, or faith in the residents to catch her before she could get far. That last thought in mind, and Bens words to her, she locked her room door. Better be safe than sorry. The only other things worth noting was a dresser and a bathroom located on the opposite side of the room.
