A couple of days have passed and Y/N is still in the hospital. Usually it takes a little more to recover since she had 3 surgeries done at once. She's
Feeling better as the days pass, and she couldn't be happier. Her family is complete. She has her 3 daughters and 2 boys, along with her 2 adopted girls Jenny and Maggie. Yoongi cracked a joke saying they were the next "Brangelina". Y/N did laugh, but it hurt her stitches. All the boys would come see her everyday, and so did her girls. Their hearts melted when they saw their baby brothers.

Daisy: Dad!! Did you guys finally decide what to name our brothers?
Yoongi: Yeah we did. ::looks at Y/N::
Leilah: Well? We're dying to know mom please!!
Y/N: Lol what do you think babe? Should we tell them? You know they're fraternal twins and not identical right?
Daisy: Yes. One looks like you and the other looks like dad. Mom!! Please!!!
Yoongi: Ok ok. Lol Roman and Sage.
Y/N: What do you guys think??

The girls love their baby brother's names...and they're jumping up and down from excitement.
Y/N finally gets discharged and is able to go home with their new born babies. Seok-woo comes with the car, and him and Ji-hoon get out of the car to help Y/N into the car. Y/N sits with Sage and Yoongi sits with Roman. Seok and Ji get in the car and start driving home. After a 20 minute drive they finally arrive. Y/N sees that their house is decorated in blue and white balloons and she just smiles. Seok woo and Ji hoon open the door for Y/N and help her out of the car. Since she can't lift anything heavy for at least 2 weeks, Ji-hoon walks her inside, while Yoongi carries both car seats with the babies into the house, and Seok-woo walks in with all the bags. Minji, the rest of the staff are excited to see the babies and Y/N. The boys called Yoongi's parents and they drove to Seoul immediately to help the newlyweds with their newborn babies. Y/N and Yoongi sure did have a full house.
Y/N decided to take a shower after everything she just went through. She got out and got dressed and heard a knock at her bedroom door. It was her mother in law.

Eomma: Y/N are you dressed?
Y/N: Yes Eomma. It's ok you can come in.
Eomma: Uh, here. I brought you this. Since you just had the babies, wear this and start drinking hot teas.

And she walks out. Y/N just stands there and looks down, she got her a wrap for her stomach. She just needs to put it on, and wear it everyday, so it will help with her not having a pooch. She did it when she had her 3 girls. So Y/N was super thankful. She walks downstairs slowly and hears her babies start to cry. Yoongi is holding Roman, and Tae is holding Sage, trying to keep them calm. She smiles and sees that her MIL is making dinner, the girls are in the living room with their haraboji (grandpa). All the boys are there as well, being patient on taking turns holding the babies. Appa Min looks up and walks to Y/N...

Appa: do you want something to eat?
Y/N: Yes please. I am starving.

Appa helps her walk to the dining room, and brings one of the babies to her. This one has been crying like crazy. Y/N takes Roman and holds him for the first time. She is filled with so many emotions and starts crying. Tae comes and brings her Sage and now she's holding both. She still can't believe she finally has not 1, but 2 baby boys. Yoongi comes over to her and they kiss.

Y/N: I can't believe they're finally here. ::sniffles::
Yoongi: I can't either. Lol did you notice Roman is a little chubbier than Sage?
Y/N: Yes. I noticed that, and Roman looks exactly like you. Lol
Yoongi: Sage looks like you. But I hope they both get your freckles!
Y/N: oh stop. Lol
Jimin: Little Yoongi and little Y/N lol
Hobi: Ok my turn!!
Yoongi: Who do you want to hold? Lol
Hobi: I don't care! I just want to hold one of my nephews
Yoongi: Lol ok, here's Sage.
Y/N: Jimin you want to hold Roman?
Jimin: Can I? ::super excited::
Y/N: Of course sweetie.

Jimin walks over to Y/N and picks up Roman. He gets emotional and tears start rolling down his cheeks.

Jimin: I can't believe I'm an uncle. They are so beautiful!!
Y/N: Thank you lovey.

Jungkook goes over to Jimin and just admires the baby. He looks over to Hobi, and he too is crying. It's a very emotional day for everyone. The boy's then traded off. It was Jungkook and Jin's turn to hold the babies. Yoongi sat down with Y/N and they started eating. Since Y/N was on antibiotics and pain medication from her surgery, she wasn't able to breast feed the babies, which kind of made her sad, but since her weight loss she didn't produce enough milk for not even 1 baby. But she really didn't care because they were healthy beautiful baby boys. They finally finished eating dinner and it was the boys and the girls turn to eat dinner. Y/N and Yoongi sat down with the babies and were rocking them to sleep. Y/N looked over at Yoongi and she couldn't stop smiling. He was so affectionate, attentive and very loving with his boys. Appa and Eomma couldn't be happier. They were glad their grand babies were born. Eomma was a little worried about Y/N because of what she went through, she couldn't believe it. But she kept it to herself. It was almost 8pm, so Y/N and Yoongi needed to put the babies to bed. Both bassinets were in their room, so she didn't have to stress. Y/N bathed both babies, Yoongi took Sage, lotioned him up and changed him. Y/N came out with Roman, and he was starting to get a bit grumpy because he was starting to get hungry. So Y/N sat down and dried and changed him. Sage was just laying down, next to Y/N, and he went to go the the babies bottles. Minji helped him prepare them and he went upstairs. He walked in and he sees Y/N humming to both babies laying on the bed and falling asleep.

Yoongi: Baby, I have the bottles.
Y/N: Ok. Pick one up lol

They both sat next to each other feeding the babies.

Yoongi: How're you feeling? ::kisses her:: you ok? How's your wound?
Y/N: Its ok, just feels weird. I want to scratch it but I can't lol. Still a little sore, but nothing I can't handle.
Yoongi: When we were in the hospital, I thought I had lost you babe. ::sniffling::
Y/N: You did....crazy thing, I saw my grandma, she gave me the biggest hug, she told me she loved me, but that it wasn't my time to go just yet. Then I woke up in the recovery room. I have never felt so much peace in my life. But I knew she was right. It wasn't my time, because you need me, and I need you. All I could think about was our kids, including the twins, and most of all you. I mean, once they grow up and move out, it'll just be you and me babe. I don't want to grow old with anyone else. You are my everything!
Yoongi: You are my everything as well. Never forget that. I love you so much.
Y/N: I love you more. Look! They're both asleep lol we need to burp them before we lay them down ok.

They go ahead and burp the babies, after about 10 minutes they lay them down in the bassinet. They were still pretty little, so they put both babies in one.  Y/N and Yoongi were exhausted, after all, it was their first day home with the twins. They laid down, and cuddled until they fell asleep.
