S- It wasn't long before they surfaced out of a manhole cover and John pulled himself out first waiting for the others to come. A quick look up at the sky was already foreboding. It was cloudy very cloudy.
"Wonder how many are watching us right now.....the air reeks of bat", John said.
Z- Richthofen shifts as soon as they're out... the street being abandoned, considering the late time of night, and the other shifters about, it was better to do it while he had the chance. Seconds later, the sound of multiple heavy objects— or creatures— could be heard nearby, a low growl audible from above, and the large, glowing red eyes of multiple creatures visible, the size of which hinting that Richthofen is only about a third of the size of their opponents.
S- Almost immediately the group could see the numerous red eyes glaring down at them. The sheer size of the beasts was staggering. Jarrod looked a bit unnerved truth be told. He had thought Richtofen and the others were large, but these new shifters were massive.
"Well... thats... a lot more than I expected", Jarrod said."Easy... they can die like everything else Jarrod......just keep on your toes and keep fast....at that size you don't even have to worry about their teeth....they won't need to use em", John said.
"Hell with that.....I'm not looking to do that shit again.....being inside one bat was unpleasant enough", Jarrod said.
Kara maintained her composure despite being faced with the massive size of the shifters that were glaring down at them. This sure to be a lot more complicated than she was used to dealing with. Typically her opponents never got the opportunity to shift in the first place. Kara held her pistol in one hand and a silver dagger in the other. She had almost noticed the half breed had yet to come out of the sewer for some reason. However, she was also quick to pick up on that reason and a smirk formed on her face. Clever little mute was planning to turn this ambush into an ambush of their own. It would only serve to take out a few of the shifters before they caught on, but any advantage would be something.
"Everyone.....move away from the manhole and then start running.....do not engage until they are right on top of us", Kara said.
"John literally just said not to let them get close", Jarrod retorted "Just do it.....I've never steered you wrong before now have I", Kara said quietly.
Z- Bis grunts a bit, with his limp, he's not exactly running anywhere. He shakes his head, but doesn't say anything.
one of the bat creatures takes off, diving down in front of the group, as the others jump down, attempting to close them off. The lead bat, likely Hartmann, closes is, a smirk on his snout revealing teeth, an unsettling sight, with the bat's fur being pitch black. The new shifters seem to lack the extra rows of the previous generation, their jaws more meant to crush the victim than tear a target apart. "So, these are the stalkers we've heard so much about. Not what I was expecting, to say the least. A ragtag group of misfits, and a washed up shifter. I assume this will go quickly. Leave the overgrown canoe to be dealt with, and we'll consider letting you go."
"Yeah. That isn't going to happen. Go, and we won't have to take care of your squad as well." Richthofen says, baring teeth, to a riot of laughter.
"Ahah, good to see you're as spicy as ever, old man. I was hoping you'd say that~" the lead shifter, likely Hartmann, purrs, his smirk widening.

Historical FictionDeath or Glory ended up being just massive, so I am making the WWII section a sequel. New characters, new enemies, new mayhem. Since it's a sequel, the same stuff applies, it was originally a vore RP so there's still some of that, possible character...
