S- Neo glanced up at Manny still apologetically. He certainly didn't like being the one to cause him difficulties. He was quite surprised when Manny told the others to go on ahead while he tried to focus on what to do about Neo.
John and the others seemed to nod. A quick glance at the genuine concern Toki showed even briefly was enough to tell them the situation wasn't good. As a Yuki-onna he fed off the cold and considering he could feel the cold coming off Neo he would certainly know that at best Neo would make it halfway and by that point he would have already been in rough shape from hypothermia.
"Alright.....we'll continue on ahead....catch up when you can Manny.....and uh.....good luck Neo's a tough one.....for a halfbreed", John said.
Jarrod would certainly recognize that as John's method of genuine concern. Just because of how he was naturally he would toss an insult at the end to avoid looking like he cared to much.
"Roger that.....Vlad lead the way....with any luck they'll meet up with us on the way or at the Russian base", Kara said giving Manny and Neo a worried look before going back to her business as usual expression.
As the group continued on ahead Neo lifted up a sloppily written note for Manny to see."Sorry Manny.....shouldn't be slowing you down like this", Neo wrote before discarding the paper in the snow.
He was definitely shivering as he leaned against Manny's fluff.
Z- Vlad leads the way after nodding at Kara. He was still a bit unsteady, but the bleeding had slowed, and he was handling himself a bit better, it was likely that the corpse manipulation just took a toll on the zombie, especially at that volume.
Manny watched the others go, before looking down at Neo, reading his note and shaking his head. "No, Neo, you're fine, if anything, we'll be able to move faster this way. Though... it's colder at altitude... what I'm going to have to do in order to keep you warm... I don't think you'll be fond of it."
S- As the group walked there was a certain long silence with the group. Likely they were all hoping to some degree that Manny managed to get Neo to the base safely. Jarrod, Kara, and John certainly didn't want Neo dead and even from an operational standpoint losing Neo was a bad loss. That halfbreed was God's gift to killing shit.
"He'll be alright ya know.....from what I've heard of Richtofen the man works well under pressure he'll figure something out", Qrow said.
He had been silent thus far since he really didn't know any of them well aside from Kara and that was.....not exactly the friendliest of relationships.
"I'm sure your right.....we just have to leave it in Manny's hands... on another note your looking better Vlad....I assume controlling corpses is taxing for you", Kara said taking place walking next to Vlad.
Neo nodded softly though he seemed a bit uncertain about what Manny meant by him not being fond of his solution. Surprisingly Neo hadn't worked out quite what it was yet. Though he did give a slight smirk as he lifted up a note.
"As long as the solution isn't cuddling with Jarrod for warmth I think i'm more fond of it in comparison Manny.....though what is it?", Neo wrote with a raised eyebrow as he let out another shiver.
