It was around 6 in the afternoon and I was watching Danny Phantom while eating some ice cream in my oversized (Shirt Color) with no pants on.
As I finish my ice cream my phone rings and I see Nicks face on my phone with his caller ID.
I pick up the phone.
Y/N: "Hey Nick!"
Nick: "Can you come over please?" I heard him sniffling, he had been crying. What the fuck I thought.
Y/N: "Whats wrong." I say while getting up, putting some black leggings on along with with my slip on vans.
Nick: "I-i just need you Y/N please." His voice was cracking, this was really serious.
Y/N: "I'm on my way okay? I'll be there in a little bit Nick."
Nick: "Okay Y/N."
I hang up the phone, grab a few snacks I knew he liked and ran out to my car. He only lived about 5 minutes away so it wouldn't be long.

As I pull into his driveway I hurry to put the car in park and hop out, grabbing all the snacks which included, Takis, Gatorade, chocolate, and some ice cream. (He needed it lol)

I knock on his door and he calls out,
Nick: "Its open!"
I open the door and see him on his couch.
I go up to him putting all the snacks on the table that was in the middle of his living room.
He has been crying so much, his eyes red and swollen.
I put my hand on his arm and look at him with awe. I hated seeing him like this, I've had a crush on him for years but he had a girlfriend... wonder why she wasn't the one comforting him.
Y/N: "Come on let's go to your room."
He nods helping me with the snacks.
He looked so broken, he was always laughing and smiling having a good time when he got upset it would always be bad..he was a sensitive person all around.

We sit on his bed and he wraps his arms around my waist giving me a tight squeeze.I put mine around his neck and held his head with my left hand.

Y/N: "Stop holding it in Nick just break."
And that's what he did. He let it all out.
Nick: "I'm s-s fucking sorry f-for bothering y-you Y/N."
I had started crying a bit too it just made me so sad. He was my bestfriend of 7 years. Why wouldn't I be upset?
Y/N: "Nick it's ok you don't bother me, your my bestfriend Im always here for you...but what happened?"
He pulled back and I wiped his tears away with my hands giving him a warm smile, which he returned.
Nick: "She broke up with me...she was cheating.."
What the hell?
Why? The fuck?! Nick was like the perfect boyfriend! This bitch.
Y/N: "Are you fucking serious?"
He nods his head and looks down at his hands, playing with his fingers a bit.
Y/N: "What a fucking slut! You were so good to her your like the perfect boyfriend. Your hot, your nice, funny, respectful and she fucking cheated on you?" Ima beat her ass Nick!"
That made him chuckle a little bit, I'm glad I could make him feel better.
Nick: "2 years..."
Y/N: "Yea...but hey you don't need her okay?"
Nick: "Yea your right Im just...I don't know."
You give him a friendly peck on the forehead which you know he would take as a bestfriend thing, not Hey your bestfriend likes you and wants to be with you she's just too much of a pussy to say anything.
Y/N: "Wanna watch a movie and get fat with each other?" You say while holding up the snacks.
Nick: "Yes and also stop calling yourself fat
Y/N." He knew you were pretty insecure about the way you looked, anytime you talked down on yourself he would get mad. It was cute.
You roll your eyes and smile.
Y/N: "Ok whatever what do you wanna watch?"
Nick: "Shrek!" He says excitedly.
You laugh and put it on and Nick wraps his arm around your waist, wanting to cuddle.
You put your hands in his hair starting to play with it while wrapping your leg around his waist. You guys always got into this position when cuddling it was great.

My girlfriend had broken up with me fucking cheater, but the past couple of months I didn't even feel like we were together. I felt these feelings for Y/N..but I had a girlfriend so I pushed them away. But now... I'm single, and looking at Y/N laying next to me asleep her face buried in my chest, it just felt right.
Maybe she's the person I needed.
