"This truly confirms that blood status is the most important piece in defining the magical prowess of a magical being," Said Tom as he held court in the Slytherin common room, he was the Slytherin prince after all,
Aurelia sat to his right. Taking in the way he spoke, the movements of his hands, and the inflections on each word, and the shift in his facial expression as he spoke about muggle borns, He leant back once he finished and watched the group of students disperse, mumbling words of agreement as they left,
"What did you think?" Asked Tom, turning to Aurelia, who tucked a strand of curly hair behind her ear as she faced him,
"You're very... persuasive," Said Aurelia, and Tom smirked, he liked that. Persuasive.
She handed him a book before opening her own. He looked down at the book, and the mere title piqued his interest, he glanced at Aurelia as she read her own book, how did she do that?
"It's from the library." Said Aurelia, "The restricted section offers a broader range of materials, I have a pass,"
"Excellent," Said Tom, returning his gaze to the book she'd given him, "You were late for breakfast today,"
