" EMMA!! "
I looked down at Emma laying on top of me with a few small cuts on her face from the glass.

" H-hey... Abbey. "
Emma said pretty weakly as she tried to sit up.

She was trembling probably from the fall, but lets not forget who she used as a falling pillow!! I could barley move!!

" H-how?! Why are you here?! "

She made a trembling smile to me as she finally sat up on her knees.

" I know you like the back of my hand. As soon as you called I knew something was up, but Liam instead on waiting a bit longer... "
She said glancing over to liam who was helping Max up.

" Anyways, we're out- "

" ...Abbey..? "

We all froze as we heard a car pull up in the drive way next to us. I turned my head to see...

" Devin. "
Emma, Max and Liam all snarled pushing Marry and I behind them. Almost making a wall.

" Abbey. Whats the meaning of this?! Where do you think your going?! "

" I- I'm going out with my friends. "
I mumbled from behind the group as they stood their grounds not letting devin anywhere near me.

I held onto marrys hand as he started to make his way over to us.

" Uh huh? Like I believe that... "
He said rolling his eyes like I was a joke.

I've just about had it with this guy...

I whispered to myself as I felt anger build up inside me.

" And whats Ms. Perfect doing here? Came for round 2? Wanna punch me again? "
He said getting in Emmas face as she stood silently.

" Yeah I thought so. You only look tough, but in reality, your nothing more then abbey... Just a weakling.  "
He said with an annoyingly evil laugh as his gaze fell on me.

" Hey buddy... "
Max said tapping his shoulder.

Devin turned to face him, and Max just swung the nastiest and hardest fist right into Devin's jaw.

" You wanna talk about Abbey or Emma like that, you gotta be ready to put up a fight. "
He said as devin fell to the floor holding his face.

I covered Marrys eyes as her emma and I made a run for their car.
Emma put marry in the back Seat and told her to wait there.

" We'll be right back. "
I promised marry with a gentle smile. She smiled back and nodded as I closed the door.

" You ready to finally kick beat some butt? "
Emma asked as she rolled up her sleeve.

" Born ready baby. "
I said pulling my hair back into a high ponytail.

" Just... Keep him alive... "
I mumbled loud enough for emma to hear.

After a great and victorious long fight of us taking turns punching Devin like a test dummy we called it a day and left him there.

" Oh and devin... "

" H...huh? "
He glanced up to me with his swollen and bruised face.

I glared at him intensely, all I saw was a mistake, then shot my foot out straight. Not breaking eye contact, I landed my foot right on... Where his sun don't shine and watched as he trembled to the ground shaking... Again

" OOOOWWWW!!! Thats gonna leave a mark. "
Liam yelled from the car as he scrunched his face.

" Yikes!! He's not having kids anytime soon. "
Max laughed, as liam high fived him for that comment.

" Home run!! "
Emma yelled, cheering me on as she got into the car next to Marry.

" Don't mess with me, unless you wanna mess with all of us. Got that Devin? You've gone to far with my patience for you... We're. Done."
I spat at him, as he sat on the ground whimpering.

I eventually made my way to the car waving goodbye to devin as we drove off, finally once again reunited with my people... My family.

" H-he hit you... "
Ava seemed surprised by my story yet it seemed like she still has so many questions.

" Yup... I will never forget that day, but the thing that scares me, is I still remember how it felt... The pain, seems like it was yesterday. "
I said looking down to my feet not wanting to look at Ava.

" do you know what he was looking at..? Like who was on the other near by hills? "

" ...A group of girls. I later found out he was cheating on me with one of the girls from that hill. She didn't know of me and I didn't know of her until that point... "

" Wow... Hes- "

" Crazy? A bad boyfriend? Abusive? Weak? Not caring? Self centered? Blinded by his own greed? Needy? Manipulative? Unreasonable? I know, I know very well. "

" I- well, yeah... "
Ava mumbled before grabbing my shoulders and pulling me into a surprise hug.

" Woa-!! "

After that Ava said her apologises and I said mine. She went off to bed but I remaind outside, with devin on my mind...

" You seem lonely. "

I gasp in shock when I hear a male voice come up from behind me. They put their warm arm around me and pulled me in close.

" ... Hey max... "
I mumbled hoping he didn't hear us chatting.

" Abbey... I think we gotta talk, and I wanna ask you this before Shylow and Liam leave. "

" Their leaving?! "
I said shocked tilting my head up to face Max, who was already looking down at me with the faintest smiles.

" ... Yeah. "

We both fell silent for a second, not awkward but there was obviously some tension in the air.

" So, I was thinking... "
Max started saying.

" I... Abbey I really like you, and I know you like me too, its no secret to either of us. "

I felt my face heat up as he continued to talk about how he felt for me.

" I wanna be able to see you in my 60's and think, man, I really did pick great. But, I want you to- "

Before he could even finish, I jumped up onto my tippy toes, grabbing Max's face and put my lips on his.

" Hmph-!! "

We stood there for a second before he picked me up smiling as our lips parted.

" ... Wow... "

I smirked as a shocked giggle escaped his lips as he stared into my needy eyes with his.

" So... You like me- "

" Max. Isn't it obvious?! I'm head over heels for you!! "
I squealed holding him tightly as he hugged me tighter in his arms.

" Hey abbey... "
He mumbled as his face went bright red.

" Hmm? "

" Can- we k-iss... A-again..? "
He mumbled tucking his head on my shoulder as it went to a darker red.

I smiled to myself and picked up his head squishing his cute face a bit.

" Of course dummy. "
I said kissing him again.

So sorry this came late, well later then I wanted it to be. Anyways schools got me pre tired so sorry for the sloppy writing here and there.
