THIRTEEN

I never thought I would be blind folded into an uber. Who is willing to do a blind double date in less than 48 hour notice?

At least I have another blind folded person here "move!" well.

"You know, I'm kinda blind here!" Crawford yells back as he gets out of the car.

"Okay, y/n now you grab Crawford's shoulders" Corey says

"Okay" I hesitantly say, and wave my hands around

"Ow" Crawf whines, because I accidentally hit him.

"Sorry it was accidental" I apologise

"Yeah, sure" Crawf says, not believing my apology. So I 'accidentally' hit his back again "ow!"

"Guys, it might not seem like it but we're in public" Corey says

"Then can we remove our blind folds?" I ask "like I really doubt they're going to let us in the restaurant"

"True, we look like we're getting kidnapped" Crawford laughs

"But willingly"

To my surprise, we were let in into wherever we were. The people definitely questioned and from what I heard threatened to kick us out. Until they saw we had a reservation and a good reason for it, a blind date.

"Okay, you two are going to sit on the same side" Corey says, gently pushing me and I stumble my way across of what I assumed was a booth.

"Scoot over!" I push Crawf

"Remember? Blind? I couldn't tell how close I was" he says moving away from me, making a stumble off the booth. I'm sure getting a few looks as Corey bursts into laughter causing me to follow suit because there was something about him laughing that warmed my heart.

"Y/n, I blame you. You didn't even scoot all the way!" He scolds

"Oops" I calm myself down, and I scoot to where I'm a few inches away from the wall.

"Okay, now remove your blindfolds in 3... 2..." His voice trails off

"So, do we remove them?" Crawford says

"I guess" I mumble

"3, 2, 1" Crawf quickly counts us down and I take my blind fold off looking down to adjust myself to the light. Then looking up across the table to reveal an unfamiliar girl to my left and a very familiar boy straight ahead.

"Ayyyy, my boy Daniel's here!" Crawford hypes as he does a handshake "guessing Corey finally took the first step" he says

I didn't know what to say. Or what to feel. Should I be happy about this? Should I be upset about this? It doesn't even matter though. It's just a double date I agreed to just to make my friends happy. That's it. Just one double date.

"Hi I'm Candace" the girl sweetly speaks "you must be Crawford and you are Y/n" she holds out her hand for Crawf then me.

We both nod our heads "who are you?" Crawford says looking at Daniel.

"Dude, you literally greeted him like a homie a minute ago and all of a sudden you don't know his name?"
