Sunday afternoon. I just finished editing the vlog for tomorrow and I need to film for tuesday.
Luckily Franny was available and down to eat something, that will be unknown. because of the fact we are going to do a 'letting the person in front of me decide what I eat' I know. Definitely a long name but it works.
I grab my keys, wallet, phone, camera, and this suction cup contraption that I will be using to keep the camera in place.
I get in my car and drive out of the parking garage, waiting to set up and start the video with Franny.
A short drive later with me singing along the radio and paying attention to fast food places nearby. I had picked Franny up and ready to do the intro.
"What's up halos! It-"
"wait, wait, I wasn't ready" Franny laughs
"okay, ready now?" I smiled and asked and she nods her head "what's up-"
"Ah! Sorry, it felt like something was in my eye!" Franny laughs and I join in "okay, you can go"
"What's up halos! It's me, y/n! And today I am here with!" I gesture to Franny and there was a pause for her to fill in her name but instead laughter.
"I didn't know I was saying my name!" Franny laughed
"You know, I'm keeping all of this in, right?" I said "it's too funny" I laughed
"Gosh, the amount of times it took" she laughs "hey! It's me Frannnyyyy" she says and we once again go into another burst of laughter. This time in my head I can assume I'll edit it out.
"Now that we calmed down" a laugh escaped my lips "today we are going to be doing the guess who- the getting the people in- ordering what they- getting what the people in front of us are ordering" I finally said, I giggle from how long it took me.
"In other words, it's where you let the people in front of you decide what you eat challenge" Franny giggles "basically when we go to order we say if we can get what the people in front of us ordered" Franny tried to explain "you know what, you've seen this trend, you know how it works, let's go!"
"Okay!" I cheer "where do you wanna go first?"
"There's a starbucks over there" Franny pointed
"Okay, to Starbucks we go!" I said to the camera and start driving, to the drive thru. Once again, in editing I will edit the in between drive time out. Unless something interesting happens.
"Go ahead and order when you're ready" a male voice said from the speaker
"Hi, I was wondering if I could just get what the person in front of me got" I said
"Okay, is that everything?"
"Yes that's it" I replied
"Okay, your order will be $5.68 and at the second window" he said, and I began driving before turning to franny.
"Why did that seem so normal for him?" I said
