Rekindle // D.S.

TWENTY-SEVEN

After we did a quick intro to the cnc channel. They thought it would be a good idea to record it for their channel.

We explained that we were in the current process of filming mine and how chaotic it already was.

We got about halfway through on making dinner until we knew we really messed up.

"Ew, why does it look like this?" I stirred the pan of beef but it had a tint of green.

"Ew, yeah toss that" Corey said

"So what? We're just going to eat rice?" I asked

"Um, about that" Crawf started

"Don't tell me you messed up the rice" I said "it's literally so easy" I said

"It just came out like soup" he said, mixing the pot of what's supposed to be white rice.

"Well this video was a fail" Corey said

"No kidding" I mumbled, tossing the beef away that was most likely expired.

"Delete the footage? It never happened" Corey laughed

"Once again, a video not making it to the channel" Crawford said

"Hey, last time it was because you forgot the footage!"

"I didn't forget it, I just lost it!" Crawford said "then it said it was corrupted" he argued

I decided to walk away from their little bickering which filled the house.

I went outside and sat down by a rectangle fireplace, which wasn't turned on.

I went to instagram to film a short video "hey guys, I'm currently filming a video and let's just say I have a LOT of footage" I giggled "so I'm going to leave this up to you! do I post two videos? One on Tuesday then the other on Friday each video would be about 15 minutes long OR do I post a really long video maybe 40 minutes on Friday" I suggested "I'll leave poll, two shorter videos or one long one later" I finished off.

I quickly added the polls making sure it was a clear choice and I posted it.

"If it is a long video, I need to figure out what to post for Tuesday" I sighed "something that won't take the whole day so I have time to edit" I said

"but for now it just relies on this poll" I said "until tomorrow I'll figure it out" I stood up and made it back inside to complete silence.

I quickly grabbed my camera from the counter and turned it on.

I knew something was going to happen.

This place is just too quiet right now.

"Guys?" I questioned "I know you're up to something" I called out "someone's in the hallway" I said and pointed my camera to the hallway.

"Dang it" Crawford walked out "how did you know?"

"That something was up? Oh! Because it was really quiet" I explained
