"You have a lot of time to hang out with your friends but you don't even have a time to check for this goddamn morse code?" He said. He called a lot of times will I'm having dinner with my friends at ngayon ko lang napansin yung tawag niya.
"I have a lot of school works to---"
"I even found out that you're hanging out with Isaac! What the hell is really keeping you busy, Yvanna?!" My dad shouted.
"I'm sorry, nawala sa isip ko," I apologized.
He sighed. "I'll call Lucas. I'll let him know which company uses morse code, ingat ka dyan," he ended the call.
I sighed then put my phone inside my pocket.
"Ano sabi ng daddy mo?" Agad na tanong ni Shanley.
"Nah, about business. Don't mind it," I said.
"You look stressed, though. Is this about school or your family business?" Tanong ni Haniezyn.
"Or pwede din stressed kay Isaac," singit ni Criz. The three of them laughed.
I shook my head. Mga baliw.
"Family business, but that's fine. I can handle it," I said reassuring them.
"Ikaw ba naman ihatid papunta dito, hindi ka ba naman magiging okay," sabi ni Criz na parang kinikilig.
"Tumigil ka nga! Para kang baliw, ah," suway ko. Tumawa lang naman siya.
Our chitchatting stopped when Shanley got a call. She immediately answered it.
"Yes?" After that, she stood up. Like she is in a hurry.
"Oh, saan ka pupunta?" Tanong ni Haniezyn.
"Uhm.. may inutos lang sila mommy at daddy. Kitakits nalang tayo bukas sa SM," sabi ni Shanley at agad na umalis. Nagmamadali talaga siya.
"Grabe naman 'yon," Sabi ni Criz. We just shrugged.
My phone rang after that, my dad called.
I stood up and lumakad palayo sa mga kaibigan ko. I don't want them to hear kung anong pinaguusapan namin ni Daddy.
"Po?"
"10 PM. Bajada. Our enemies are planting bombs there."
"On it, did you tell Lucas and our other men about this?" I asked.
"Yes, ingat kayo," he ended the call after that.
"I have to go guys, pinapauwi na ako ni daddy." They nodded and I immediately got out of Haniezyn's house.
"Fire!" I commanded.
Sounds of bullets were heard again and again. Some bodies were lying on the ground, nagpapahiwatig na natamaan ito ng bala at nag-aagaw buhay.
"Please be reminded not to put any finger prints so that we will not be traced," I commanded again.
"Roger that," Henry answered.
"Lucas," I glanced at him, he's busy with his laptop. "Any updates? Can you find who's the mastermind?"
"I don't the name or what company that person is in, but I know, it's a she."
I smirked. A girl, huh.
"She's tough like you, huh? Getting into a battle like this. I admire the bravery," sabi ni Lucas.
I chuckled, "Never underestimate the power of a woman, bro, they can also do what man can do," I said.
"Clean up the mess. Make sure that there is no possible things that can be used against us," I commanded.
