ALEX'S POV

"Shit.." I whispered when I realized what song was playing as I saw (Y/N) walk away. "You guys are done for now, I'll be right back okay?" I told the girls with a soft tone in my voice because of my concern for (Y/N). "What's wrong, is (Y/N) okay? She looked upset.." Dinah asked me carefully. I sighed. " I'll be right back okay?" I said avoiding to answer the question as I walked away to look for (Y/N). I hope she's okay..

LAUREN'S POV

I was walking down the hall looking for (Y/N) when I heard a piano playing in the room I passed by. I slowly opened the door as I saw (Y/N) sitting behind the piano. She didn't know I came in so I hid behind a curtain as she began to sing with the most beautiful voice I had ever heard:

Step one you say, "We need to talk."
He walks, you say, "Sit down, it's just a talk."
He smiles politely back at you,
You stare politely right on through,
Some sort of window to your right.
As she goes left and you stay right,
Between the lines of fear and blame,
You begin to wonder why you came.

Where did I go wrong? I lost a friend,
Somewhere along in the bitterness.
And I would have stayed up with you all night,
Had I known how to save a life.

Let him know that you know best,
'Cause after all you do know best.
Try to slip past his defence,
Without granting innocence.
Lay down a list of what is wrong.
The things you've told him all along.
Pray to god he hears you.
And I pray to god he hears you and,

Where did I go wrong? I lost a friend,
Somewhere along in the bitterness.
And I would have stayed up with you all night,
Had I known how to save a life.

As he begins to raise his voice,
You lower yours and grant him one last choice.
"Drive until you lose the road,
Or break with the ones you've followed."
He will do one of two things.
He will admit to everything,
Or he'll say he's just not the same,
And you'll begin to wonder why you came.

Where did I go wrong? I lost a friend,
Somewhere along in the bitterness.
And I would have stayed up with you all night,
Had I known how to save a life.

As I watched (Y/N) in silence I saw a tear running down her cheek. Alex walked in but didn't see me. She sat down next to her and rested her head on (Y/N)'s shoulder. As (Y/N) continued to sing and play piano.

Where did I go wrong? I lost a friend,
Somewhere along in the bitterness.
And I would have stayed up with you all night,
Had I known how to save a life.
How to save a life.
How to save a life.

Where did I go wrong? I lost a friend,
Somewhere along in the bitterness.
And I would have stayed up with you all night,
Had I known how to save a life.

Where did I go wrong? I lost a friend,
Somewhere along in the bitterness.
And I would have stayed up with you all night,
Had I known how to save a life.
How to save a life.
How to save a life.

Had I known how to save

She stopped playing and turned around to hug Alex and cry on her shoulder.
