"Now you know. I always loved her. " Harold broke the silence.

Vasilissa was dazed with his statement. The close hearted warrior King actually loved someone?

"I know what your thinking. I was a self centered, cold blooded warrior that slay his enemies with vengeance." Harold sighed loudly.

Vasilissa cleared her throat. "Well... Since you told me a fragment of your past. I think mine is in order."

Harold looked at her with suspicion, he had heard whispers that Vasilissa rarely opened up to anyone. Even to her trusted confiadante.

Vasilissa chuckled. "I haven't open up much to anyone. And I cant believe your the first person I would ever open up to."

Harold nervously chuckled with her. Combing his hair back with his hand. "Well... I'd like to know a lot of things about you, Vasilissa. You deem to be a very interesting person to me."

"Thank you." Vasilissa smiled sweetly and continued "What do you wish to know? And I promise to tell you up to your content."

"I wish to know your past. I hope it's okay with you to discuss it..." Harold trailed off

"It's okay, really." Vasilissa assured Harold "Though I must tell you my past isn't much eventfull."

"I was 12 summers. Mother and Father found out I was sick, And No. It was not the plague. It was something that runs in my Mother's bloodline. That skips one generation, I had a weak heart. I couldn't play outside with the other children of the court." Vasilissa's tone dropped.

"Is that the reason of your fever?" Harold asked curiously, while with a sad look, She nodded. "Comes only once in a full moon"

"Then my Father, King Gareth decreed all healers to report to the citadel. Desperately trying to find a cure. I told him once that I was sick of healers, applying this and that to my body. Making me drink hundreds of potions and elexirs." Vasilissa chuckled on the reminisce. "My Father became less intrusive when I turned 15 summers. I had so many suitors, though I would never see them since after they speak with my father, they run away."

"Is it because of your condition?" Harold asked her intently.

"Yes." Vasilissa answered almost immediately. "The men didn't want a weak lass. They believe I couldn't produce a strong offspring,"

"I want to know... More about your plague..." Harold asked again.

"Oh." Vasilissa stared at him for a short period of time, "I knew sometime later you were going to ask me that."

"If you feel not talking about it, It is okay not to.." Harold stated but Vasilissa cut him off. "It's okay. I promise to answer to your questions, remember?"

"Well... I caught the plague on my 19th summers, lasted until the fall of The Three Citadels. (Which is Sussex, Essex, Yorkshire. On the fall of Yorkshire, She turned 22) Father and Mother desperately searched for a cure. Rumored to be the Elixir of Life held in the Three Citadel Mountains in the Meadow of Scarlet Stars. Where the Stella Cadente, the Guardian of the Elexir, Granted a wish for anyone to prove their pure intentions."

"Did... Your parents find her?"

"Thats what they say. They never returned. But I was healed." Vasilissa sighed "I took in the lost siblings of Yorkshire before Queen Isabella rushed to aid her country. But died in the process. Then other royalty seek refuge in my citadel, I accommodated them well."

"Im sorry about your parents."

"Why are you sorry? It's not your fault"

Vasilissa stood and disheveled the tent's door, as the moonlight glittered her pale skin, Harold looked at her lovingly and full of beauty. As if he was seeng the enchanted creature they are searching for.

"You look beautiful"
