After being shown the inside of the O.R. all of the interns were lead to their locker room, allowing them to change into their pastel blue scrubs and white coats with their names on them, to her luck she was placed next to a blonde woman that she met at the mixer, Isobel Stevens, Izzie for short.

"You do know that they can smell the fear in you right?" Ophelia, or rather Lia as she preferred to go by, teased, Izzie peered over to the redhead with wary eyes, clearly uncertain if she was just teasing or telling the truth.

"Okay. Martin, Robinson, Bond, Parkins." someone called out, prompting the called people to walk out of the room towards their resident, "Can they really?" Izzie questioned quietly, attempting to keep her emotions in check so that others wouldn't be able to tell if she was nervous or not. Lia shrugged slightly while placing her stethoscope around her neck and making sure that she had usable pens and a pack of tissues in her pockets.

Understanding that Lia had only been slightly messing with her Izzie shot her a small glare and placed her stethoscope around her neck as well, quickly pinning her hair up the second she was done when a doctor called "O'Malley, Yang, Grey, Stevens, Montgomery."

The two followed the other three members of their group out as the one with curly hair, Cristina Yang, quizzed in confusion "That's the Nazi?" the person she was refering to was a black woman with short hair, a bit on the chubby side, something that actually look slightly more intimidating than a tall and lean doctor, "I thought the Nazi would be a guy." the only guy, George O'Malley in the group states.

"I thought the Nazi would be...the Nazi." the other blonde, Meredith Grey, in the group comments, making Lia snort slightly at her words, Izzie quickly walks faster than the rest while ranting "Maybe it's professional jealousy. Maybe she's brilliant, and they call her Nazi because they're jealous. Maybe she's nice." Her words were coated with innocence, making the trio look at her with unsurprised looks as the woman with the curly hair guessed "Let me guess. You're the model."

Izzie gives the curly haired woman a look that basically screame for her to shut up before beaming at their attending and introducing herself "Hi, I'm Isabel Stevens, but everyone calls me Izzie." instead of getting a proper and happy introduction, as she was expecting, Dr. Miranda Bailey looked her up and down with a raised brow, making the rest of the interns attempt to hide their sniggers.

"I have five rules. Memorise them. Rule number one, don't bother sucking up, I already hate you, that's not gonna change." the nazi started, giving her interns a slight glimpse as to why she was called the Nazi, "Trauma protocol, phone lists, pagers. Nurses will page you, you answer every page at a run. A run," She pointed to the pagers and notepads that were patiently waiting to be picked up before walking away, making the group scramble to pick them up and follow after her.

"That's rule number two. Your first shift starts now and lasts forty-eight hours. You're interns, grunts, nobodies, bottom of the surgical food chain, you run labs, write orders, work every second night till you drop and don't complain!" she kept explaining while walking incredibly fast for a woman of her short stature, leading them across the catwalk and to an on-call room.

She opened it, allowing them to have a look inside before she continued "On-call rooms. Attendings hog them, sleep when you can, where you can, which brings me to rule number three, if I'm sleeping, don't wake me, unless your patient is actually dying. Rule number four, the dying patient better not be dead when I get there, not only would you have killed someone, you would have also woke me for no good reason, we clear?"

Everyone nodded at her and Meredith Grey, the daughter of the renown Elis Grey rose her hand politely, bringing Bailey's attention to her and give her a nod as a reply "You said five rules. That was only four." Meredith said in a lower tone, not wanting to upset her attending, something that didn't really work as Bailey gave her a deadpan look, one that was not as short as it could've been, all thanks to her peeping pager.

"Rule number five. When I move, you move." she tells them before walking past them and breaking into a run, not carrying if her interns were running with her or not, shouting "Get out of my way!" at a few doctors that were blocking their way.
