Looking beyond the sand, a resplendent ocean lay ahead. The colours graduated from crystal clear to a light blue, and again to a deep lagoon blue. The waves slowly overlapped each other as they raced, crashing into the shore, producing a sharp sound, triggering a surprisingly soothing sensation. Clouds morphed into a myriad of shapes and sizes in the azure blue sky, where the seagulls soared high, in migration to their next terminus. The sunlight scintillated all below with warmth and life, its rays coruscating the sea floor, highlighting the various displays of colours that the sea life had to offer, enlightening the atmosphere.
