"But you can't die! Who'll take care of him if you do?!"
"I don't *cough* have a choice brat... it was *cough* my fault anyway.."
"Then I'm going to get him now-"
"Don't! *cough* It'll only burden that idiot.."

Turning around, away from him.

"You can't stop me Naruraki. It won't take long, stay alive just a little longer.. please."

No answer.

Yuta turned around.

Blood spilled from his mouth.
His hand laid motionless on the grassy field.
Eyes gone dull red.

He was gone...

Naruraki was dead.

The blonde sat up in such a hurry the gasp he was about to let out went back down his throat. A dream? Was it just a dream? Feeling his chest before touched the side of his mouth for any blood, only to feel the dry blood from before, the boy sighed heavily in relief. It was only when he took in his surroundings did he realized what was happening.

The forest... why is he here?

"So you're awake. Tenten thought you'd be out for a bit more than that."

The sudden voice made Naruraki still, he wanted to turn around and attack whoever it was but it was quite obvious he'd stand no chance with his current status. So all he could do was shut his eyes and bare for what was to come.

"Huh? Why do you look so stiff? Did someone attack you or something? I can't smell any presence but yours."

Smell? The only person who could sense a person's presence just by a whiff is...

"Kiba?"
"Oh wow, you actually know my name. I'd mistake you for Naruto if it wasn't for the whole situation you put us through. I must say, you two totally look like each other!"

The blonde tried his actual hardest to stand up but stumbled back down into the ground. His legs shook violently and his head pounded like a rumbling drum. The bandages that he only now noticed wrapped around his chest started to bleed unbelievably fast. Was he always this badly injured?

"Hey! You can't stand up yet! You don't even know how long it took Tenten to get the bleeding to stop. Not to mention how many bandages it took," Kiba helped Naruraki to sit back down before pointing to a pile of bloody medical supplies. "We're lucky we have her with us, because there was no way for you to survive!"

Naruraki looked at Kiba with a worried expression, "I think you c-could've.. phased t-that a little... better."

"Ahh, haha, sorry. But seriously, don't move, just wait here for a bit. I'll get everyone else."

The dog boy ran off before the blonde could say anything more. Rubbing his throat, it was only then did the twin realized just how hoarse his voice was. Gosh, he really needs water.

Looking around, Naruraki spotted something in the distance towards the village. It was just a shop, but inside looked to be countless of drinks he'd certainly enjoy. And so, the quest 'Get drinks from shop without getting caught and more injured' has begun.

The blonde crept towards the shop slowly but quickly, in mind to not squish his stomach by moving his leg too much forwards. Though it was more than embarrassing and humiliating, standing wasn't even an option for Naruraki after suffering what happened when he did before. It didn't take that long but it felt like hours since the blonde's knees were starting to ache from being on them for so long. It was only when he spot the stool near the shop did he start to feel what certain hope felt like for once. It took all his damn strength just to push up from it and onto his legs. Naruraki felt so stupid and weak that this was the state he was reduced into. But at least he was close to finally getting a drink. He must look very pitiful and sad to villagers if they were to walk by him. Yet thankfully, it was still only sunrise. So everyone was probably sleeping.
