Chapter 71: Uncovered Truth of the First

Hana's POV-

Aside from almost getting killed by a massive squid, and a man known as killer bee turning into a octopus, oh not to meantion the creepy island, I'd say this trip is going good.

Can you hear it? The sarcasm?

Anyways, we followed killer bee through this massive forest, almost dying quite a few times from the massive animals, and finding out this place is basically a prison.

I've been thinking a lot lately, which I should probably stop but I can't.

How can I be the fastest shinobi in the land...if I couldn't even save my two sensei?

They both died right in front of me, and I did nothing.

I feel like crap.

I laid on the bed I was given, staring up at the ceiling as I sighed.

"Maybe I should go train..." I got up from the bed, making my way to my backpack as I groaned tiredly.

Grabbing some training clothes, I changed quickly before slipping on my sandals and katana holster and heading out.

I slipped past the guards at the entrance by wrapping one of my seals onto a senbon and throwing it past them low to the ground.

However when I landed I almost immediately fell onto my face.

My chakra had been messed up lately, but nothing a little training won't fix.

I traced my steps back to the waterfall I spotted earlier, throwing off all my weapons before heading towards it.

I sat on the small grass island in the middle, closing my eyes in concentration.

My seal illuminated as I focused, my eyes closed in concentration.

After a couple of hours, because of my luck, guess who I sensed coming towards me.

Naruto, Yamato, and the eight tails escort.

I didn't open my eyes, though I started to tense up a bit.

Man, I don't want to deal with them right now...

Quickly, I grabbed my equipment and booked it out of there, just before they arrived at the waterfall.

Hirumo's POV-

There she is. My little sister...I can't believe this.

I watched her walk through the forest, she seems to be deep in thought.

Perfect.

Third POV-

Hirumo's eyes turned a snowy white, staring down Hana.

Hana stopped dead in her tracks, her eyes wide as she seemed to be stunned.

Hana's eyes shakily moved towards the figure emerging from the trees, her whole being shaking as she stared.

"This island isn't as secure as I thought." A boy's voice rung throughout the shadows, as a woman sighed.

"Maybe because I can move through shadows, stupid kids..." Rose mumbled quietly as she vanished, leaving the boy by himself in the darkness.

"My goodness, she's a piece of work..." The boy mumbled as Hana shakily opened her mouth, her whole body frozen in place as she stared into the shadows.

"W-who a-are...are yo-you?" Hana asked with a slightly frightened voice, as the boy sighed.

He made his way from the shadows, as Hana stared.
