Chapter 26: Guard

Propping on my elbows Scanning around the area hoping to see my blond girl waiting for me to wake up. "Good your awake" a girl walking in holding a tray of food and water in her hands. "Who are you?" The girl places the tray at the end of the bed where was my feet at. "My name is Emilia, nice to meet you" she has dog ears white with brown spots. They are not all raised up in high alert like Doberman Pinscher are. They are laying down calm.

"Where's Yang?" Emilia gives me a confused look trying to figure out who I'm looking for. "The Blond one" pissed off that she didn't know who I'm looking for. Like, come on you capture us and didn't pay any attention to what happing, kind of guard are you? "Oh, you mean the golden one?" Nodding my head waiting for her to tell me. "She's fine a little feisty one isn't she?" Her southern accent picked up as she leans on a big wooden stick that is holding on the tent.

"Where is she?" Moving to the edge of the bed ready to run out of the tent any second now. "I can't tell you," she said trying to be serious but in the end, she smiled. It wasn't one of those nasty smiles that one of the guards or your enemies give. There are sweet and kind smile. She must be new not knowing what this clan are or how dangerous are they. "Why?" I growl wanting to see Yang face once again to make sure she's safe.

"My boss said I can't take you anywhere." Her ears dropped as an apology as she gives me a small smile. "Your boss?" "Yeah, my boss he's a great guy. He's really fond of you" Emilia walked to one of the desk picking up what looks like a picture. She walked towards me showing the picture. "This guy he's really nice you would love him" Emilia pointed the picture gesturing her boss that is standing in the middle of a group photo.

There's a bunch of Faunus all munch together trying to fit in the small picture. Some are doing peace signs other are doing a goofy face. I looked at the Boss and realized I was right, it's him standing there with a serious expression. Looking to the far right at the picture Emilia was kneeling down doing a goofy expression with some other two people. "Those two are my best friends John and Sam really nice people" Emilia sit next to me on the bed as she pointed other people in the picture.

She's very nice for a guarded person she tells me that she has two little brothers and a big brother. She's the only girl in her family, as well that she has a crush on a guy named Moose. His name is not actually Moose is that what they call him. "Emilia" I called her attention making her look at me full attention. "Can you please tell where Yang" Emilia looked down at the ground thinking. "What is this Yang person? Is she special?"

That caught me off guard as I was not expecting someone to give a question like that. "Yes..she's the only person I want to be with. She may be loud and sometimes childish. But that what makes me fall in love with her" Emilia thought for a second as she stands up placing the picture back to its rightful place. "Okay, I can take you where she is" I quickly stand up happy "Really?!" Emilia shushes me not want to bring any suspense.

"Yes now follow me" she leads me outside of the camp. Emilia pulled the curtain to the side allowing me to go. I was blinded by the bright light of the sun. "This way" Emilia grabbed my hand as she leads me to my girl. Some Faunus looked at us high alert if I try to escape others just wave at Emilia.

She leads me all the way back of the camp where there's a bunch of cages. Where you trap animals in, There's huge ones and small ones. Some cages were cover with a huge black cloak around it covering the beast inside of it. "Son of a Bitch!" A man screamed dropping what looks like a Syringe with a black liquid inside it.

"Hey, Lucas" Emilia greeted him pulling me behind her. "What happens?" The guy name Lucas holds his hand close to his chest as he's injured. "This Bitch burned me" he kicked the cage in frustration as in return a loud growl was heard. Lucas took a step back afraid it will attack him again. "get out of my way I need to go to the nurse" he scoffs pushing past Emilia. "Don't worry he's always that grumpy" she turns to the cage where Lucas was fighting about and pulled off the cloak. Reviewing my little trouble maker sitting their high alert wondering why they took the cloak away.

"Yang" She looked at me with tears in her eyes. "Blake thank god your okay!" Yang got up running towards to the metal bars sticking out her arms. "Did they hurt you? If they did tell who did it I will Fucking kill them" Yang places her warm and soft hands on both of my cheeks. Missing the touch I lean on to them savoring the feeling. "I'm fine, did they do anything to you?" Yang moves a hair behind my ear that was covering my face. "They try but I burn them," she said with a cheeky smile.

"Those bastards put me in a cage like some Fucking animal" Yang curses angrily how they threaded her. Yang keeps cursing in anger as I watch her with a smile. "She is very feisty" I heard Emilia said behind me. "She only likes this when she's mad," I told her looking back at Yang still saying things. "Like the fuck man that is some bullshit. I would fucking love to blast their shitty looking faces" smiling how aggressive she is kissing her hands trying to calm her down.

"I know you would" Yang rubbed her thumb back and forth against my cheek. "Emilia what is the prisoner doing outside?" Looking to my right seeing a guard there holding close to his rifle. "Uh, I want to take her for a walk," Emilia told him standing straight like she was supposed to. The guard took a second staring at Emilia then at me. "Fine, when your done lead her back inside" signing in relief that I could stand a little longer with Yang.

"Blake this is your chance to run away" Yang looked around the area seeing there's not a lot of guards around. "Yang I'm not leaving you here" she leans her head at the bar looking deep into my eyes. "You have to...I will be fine" shaking my head going against her words. "I will not. I'm gonna stay with you whatever happens" "...okay"
