hangyul laid down on the cold floor, catching his breath as he finished his dance routine. his heavy panting filled the room as he wiped his sweat off with a small towel he brought with him. it felt nice to dance by himself with no one looking. well, not that he minded anyone looking at him. he just got a little more privacy.

he wasn't thinking of entering the school dance competition again this year due to all the classes he was already taking. he didn't even think of it when his body started to feel more omega like.

"why am i so sensitive to every little thing" hangyul mumbled, rubbing at the aching pain in his leg. he didn't remember it hurting so much. or maybe was it because his mindset was a little less beta like.

or he was just overworking himself.

he's been practicing the whole afternoon and even skipped lunch to focus on perfectiing his routine. that explained how his stomach was making all sorts of noises and how he didn't have any strength left to even get up on his feet.

he suddenly heard the for of the practice room open. he whipped his head to look into the mirror to see who it was. before he could even do that, a voice startled him.

"hangyul"

hearing the familiar tone made him whip his head ever so quickly. his spine almost gave out when he sat up and looked at whoever entered the room.

"minjun" as if the gods had heard him or something, the alpha appeared right in front of him. he's been thinking of the alpha but it didn't mean he wanted to see him. he should've expected minjun to come to this place. he always came here to watch hangyul dance when they were still dating.

"i knew you'd be here" the taller chuckled, closing the door behind him, "you haven't been here for the past few days"

hangyul rubbed his back to get rid of the aching pain and bit his bottom lip, "you came here?"

"why are you so surprised? i used to come here all the time with you" minjun smirked, pulling the strap of his bag up as it slipped down, "it's been a while since we've talked"

hangyul finally got up on his feet, stumbling a little bit because of the soreness in his feet, "we're not dating anymore. you don't have to come here" he sounded a bit cold, replying to the alpha but it wasn't like they were on good terms anyways.

that made the alpha pout, but hangyul wasn't paying attention to the taller. instead, he waddled his way over, flinching whenever he stepped down on his right foot. did he not stretch properly before dancing?

"you hurt your leg?" minjun raised his eyebrow, changing the topic as hangyul sat down on the bench, "let me see" the older was ready to bend down and check up on it when hangyul jerked his body away.
