"i'm guessing they made up?" seungyoun asked as he saw hangyul come out of the building and was approaching him. despite the chilly weather, hangyul wore a plain graphic t-shirt along with his black ripped jeans and a few accessories.
"they did" hangyul replied, smiling at the alpha, "i think. it looked like it when i saw them talking by the door"
"that's good" seungyoun smiled back, slinging his arm onto the omega's shoulders, "are you cold? you're wearing light clothing hangyul"
hangyul looked down at his feet shyly, his ears turning red. he thought seungyoun would've gotten a hint if he came out like this with the cold weather outside. he was already getting goosebumps from the wind that hit his face.
seungyoun glanced over at the boy with a smirk on his face, "is this the part where i give you my hoodie?" the mention of it made hangyul whip his head to look at anything but the alpha's teasing face.
"m-maybe" hangyul mumbled, feeling seungyoun ruffle the back of his head and cooing at how cute he acted. hangyul swore his heart skipped a beat as he glanced back to look at seungyoun stopping to take off his hoodie.
the older handed it to him and chuckled, "this was you intention the whole time wasn't it? to steal my wardrobe?" hangyul bit his bottom lip and giggled softly before grabbing it and digging his nose into the soft fabric.
the omega couldn't help it. he felt all sorts of things when he had seungyoun's scent near him. his heart beated uncontrollably and his inner omega urged for something more other than just a hoodie to cuddle with every night.
"it smells good" hangyul whispered to himself, putting it on and slipping his phone into the front pocket. seungyoun looked at the shorter contently.
"you're lucky i don't easily get cold" seungyoun rolled his eyes as he pushed up his mask that was covering the lower half of his face. once they got to the main center of the city, he had to hide himself or else everyone would recognize him. or,, he thought people would recognize him. he was on the billboards everywhere and even on advertisements, "where do you want to go first?"
hangyul hummed, poking his cheek with his cute little sweater paws, "anywhere is fine" it didn't matter as long as seungyoun was there. he enjoyed every moment when they were together.
seungyoun grabbed hangyul's hand and laced their fingers together before looking at hangyul's cute red tinted cheeks, "what do you think about going shopping? and then we'll get some food after if you're hungry"
hangyul nodded happily, glancing down at his hand once seungyoun started to focus on where they were headed to. everything just felt so warm. though the only thing he would change was for seungyoun to not wear his mask, but he knew there would be chaos if the alpha didn't. he just wanted to admire the alpha's face a little more and maybe sneak in a kiss or two.
the two headed off to the mall, looking at all the different stores as they passed by, but not buying anything really. they stopped walking when seungyoun took stopped in his tracks, making the omega bump his shoulder into the alpha's.
"do you want to go inside?" seungyoun asked, looking back at the omega who was looking at the store front in awe. it was seungyoun's dad's brand name on the front. he even recognized some of the clothing on the mannequins that he saw from seungyoun's photoshoot.
"only if you want to" hangyul replied, knowing that he probably wouldn't even be able to buy a single piece of clothing if he stepped inside. he was content just from looking at it from afar.
seungyoun smiled underneath his mask, but hangyul couldn't see it. he tugged the omega's hand, signaling to continue walking. he hoped he didn't disappoint hangyul. maybe he'd ask his dad to get something from the limited collection and gift it to the boy. well, that's only if he and his dad made up.
he was thinking about what to give hangyul as a gift, but he realized that he didn't know a lot about what hangyul liked and disliked. he only snapped out of his thoughts when he felt the omega's hand slip away from his.
he turned around, only to find the shorter looking at the stuffed animals in awe through the glass window. seungyoun chuckled. he didn't know that hangyul liked these type of things, but now he knew.
"you want to go inside?" seungyoun asked, pulling down his mask to actually smile at the younger. hangyul's heart felt warm when he saw the bright smile on the older's face as he shook his head.
"it's— it's childish" hangyul turned his head to look at the alpha, "we don't have to"
seungyoun shook his head, pulling up his mask and grabbing the omega's hand, dragging him inside the warm, cozy store, "if you want to go inside then we can go inside. there's nothing childish about this"
hangyul's eyes practically lit up as he ran around, looking at all the different assortment of animal plushies that were sold, hugging the ones that he absolutely liked. seungyoun kept a mental note to buy hangyul a dinosaur one when his birthday or christmas came around.
he snaked his arms around the younger's waist, who was busy putting the plushie back on the shelf, feeling the smooth, silky skin under the layer of hangyul's shirt. he rested his chin on the omega's shoulder and chuckled, "i can buy it for you"
hangyul shook his head, denying it ever so quickly, "you don't have to. it's not important" his ears turned red as he felt seungyoun's warmth on him. he made his inner omega quiver in delight.
"it's important if it makes you happy" seungyoun whispered, releasing his arms from the younger. he didn't even know what he was doing. why was he getting all touchy? hangyul never consented to this. his inner alpha was getting way ahead of himself. he didn't even get to confess yet!
"we can get it next time" hangyul suggested, turning around to face the alpha, "let's go somewhere else, yeah?"
seungyoun couldn't possibly resist the cute expression on the omega's face. hangyul could boss him around and the alpha would totally do anything that comes out of hangyul's mouth. maybe he was a little too whipped?
well— there's nothing wrong with being a little too whipped for hangyul.
