"Yeah, Norton, right there." A moan escaped from your lips against your will, making you blush furiously.

"It's okay. You can just relax and let me make you feel good." Norton said as he noticed how you suddenly stiffened.

"What the hell are you doing with my precious (Y/N), Norton?!" You jumped when you heard Michiko's enraged voice from the other side of the wall.

"W-What?!" You peeked to see her face, slight angriness, and disappointment clear on her expression.

"Can you please close your eyes, my dear? I am going to kill this prospector." You saw Norton freezing as soon as he heard her words.

"I-It's not what you are thinking." Norton's voice quavered as he courageously stepped in front of the geisha. "I was giving (Y/N)... a massage. That's all, I swear."

"He's right. There is nothing to worry about." You put your hands on his shoulder, giving your support. You knew that Michiko was really protective when it came to you and that she wouldn't forgive anyone who corrupted his precious (Y/N).

"If you say so." The geisha smiled at you, quickly changing to look ominously at Norton. "I will keep an eye on you."

"She scares me." Norton whispered to you while Michiko walked away. "I can't even imagine what she would do if she knew about that night-" Before Norton could finish the sentence, you heard the sound of the geisha's dash towards you.

"Oh, Campbell, you better run." She said, giving him a mischievous smile.

"Please, calm down." You held one of her hands, making patterns on her skin. "It... it was just... a kiss. I was drunk and... it happened. But nothing more than that."

"So... he took advantage of your drunken state..." Then you realized you were only making things worse. "Don't you dare use your magnets, Norton." This was the last thing you heard before she started chasing the prospector.

You continued decoding the last cipher, constantly worried about Norton and Michiko. At the end of the game, you met him at the exit gate and he luckily managed to get out before the hunter could hit him.

"Are you okay?" You sat down with him at the staircase in front of the entrance of the manor.

"Kind of. She didn't have any mercy." He laughed it off.

"I'm sorry about that. Michiko is like... the big sister I never had, and consequently, I'm like her little sister. She just wants to protect me." You explained, feeling guilty for the trouble he went through.

"I totally understand." He smiled warmly at you, making your heart melt. He had that effect on you and you hated it so much. "But it's not like I would ever do anything to hurt you."

"You know you have a reputation, Norton." You observed as his expression saddened. You didn't mean to make him upset or anything like that, but his eyes told you that he didn't feel happy about it.

"I know." He sighed, intertwining his fingers with yours. "You already know I have feelings for you and I know that you are afraid that I might break your heart, but I will prove that I've changed. You will see it, Michiko will see it." He brought your hand to his lips, tenderly kissing your skin. Your heart skipped a beat. "We should go see Emily before she freaks out." He stood up, chuckling.

You were in love with Norton Campbell and he was in love with you. Everyone knew it and everyone hoped that one day you would finally be together, but sometimes you felt like this day would never come. It was almost always because you felt self-conscious and insecure, and you couldn't accept the fact that Norton Campbell chose you among all those beautiful, incredible women living in the manor. You couldn't see how awesome you were, so the prospector had to remember you every time.
