Chapter 24

I walk back into my bedroom and sit at my desk.
"Hey" I say quietly. Stevan walks over to the desk and smiles at me.
"Hey"
"You don't have to do this Stevan."
"Do what?"
"You don't have to be nice to me. I know that you're just doing it because you think you have to."
"Why would I think I have to. Haven't I been horrible to you before." He laughs and then puts his arm around me. "Come here" he pats the bed next to him. I do as he says and he cuddle me into him.
"I'm sorry Lilly" I look up him.
"I really am. I just saw you were by vulnerable and I took advantage but the way you opened up to me earlier... I was just... amazing. I was horrible to you yet you just trusted me." He tries to keep going but is silenced by my lips. "Don't talk" I giggle "Just kiss me." He does as I said and lies back onto the bed. I open up his school shirt revealing three tattoos. One of a heart with a sword going through it, claw marks running down the right side of his chest. The third is a set of dates.
I stop kissing him and trace the claw marks.
"I don't know why I got that one."
"Hmm" I reply too entranced in tracing the tattoo.
"You have any?"
"Always wanted one but never have."
"Let's go then" he exclaims sitting up. He takes my hand and we run downstairs.
"But it's 8:55!"
"C'mon it's Friday!"

I decide on and infinity sign on my wrist. Stevan gets another date added to his chest. Three weeks to the day today.
"What's the dates about"
"Deaths" he doesn't seem saddened
"Ohhh dark" I wink. He spins me toward him as kisses me. When we pull away I giggle.
"Hey want to come to a party tomorrow?" He says taking out his phone.
"With this?" I show him the bandage on my wrist.
"It will be fine by tomorrow believe me" he laughs. "It's tiny anyway."
"Fine then. I'll come to the party."
