Chapter 31

Lilly's P.O.V.
I can't stay here.

That's all that's going through my head at 2am tonight.
Everyone is asleep.
I can get out.
"Luke where are you staying. I need to get away from here"
I grab my suitcase and shove everything in.
I write a note and leave it on my bed.

Dad.
I can't stay here anymore. Im going insane.
I need to go back. I need to be with my brother and my boyfriend.
Tell Stevan I love him but I had to leave. I don't care if you tell him about me and Luke. All I know is we're going to be happy together and you should be happy with your family but that doesn't include me. I've always known that.
Tell Trudi and Ryan that I love them and I have to leave. I just have to. They've been the best siblings I could have hoped to have for the time I did.
I'm going back to Australia. I'm never coming back.

I say nothing about Rhiannon on purpose. I hate her. I always have.

I carry my suitcase down the stairs as silently as possible. I don't have a lot of things in it so it's quite light. I open the door and close it as silently and get into the taxi I called.

When I arrive at the hotel Luke is waiting for me in the lobby.
"Hey baby" I say. He grabs my shoulders.
"What's up."
"I just need to get away from him."
"You're lucky that Michael and Charlie got their own room and I got the a double bed to myself." He tells me cuddling me into him as we get into the elevator.

We get into his room and he pulls off his shirt and jeans leaving him in his boxers.
I put my suitcase into the corner of the room and I pull my jeans and top off too.
Luke walks up behind me. He puts his hands onto my stomach and whispers into my ear.
"I love you."
I spin around and kiss him.
"I love you too Luke."
I walk over into bed and so does he. I snuggle into his chest.

"Morning Lilly."
I check the time on my phone.
"You seem perky for 7am."
"We have an interview in a few hours. So I need to get ready and you do too."

I get my denim jeans and my fancy mint string top out of my suitcase one put them on. I pull my brown hair off my face and grab my pink Holister hoodie. I pull my cartoon converse shoes on and Luke calls me over.
"I can't tie ties Lilly!" He whines his hair still all over the place.
"I'll do it." I laugh at him.
I look up into his eyes as I tie it. When I finish he pulls me into a hug.
"I love you Lilly." He tells me my shin resting atop his head.
"I love you too Luke" I answer. He sits up and now our faces are at the same height. He leans in to kiss me and there is a knock at the door. He speeds up and pecks my lips and gets up to get the door.
"Luke you have to do your hair!" I hear Ashton freaking out.
"We have to leave in like fifteen minutes " he shouts at Luke.
"He's not gonna get anything done if you keep him at the door" I call out.
"Lilly? geez guys ye are gross." He sighs.
"Am I not allowed to spend the night with my boyfriend." Luke peers around the door when I say boyfriend.
"Uhh. Ok then" Ash replies uncertain.

Luke quiff up his hair and I get up and kiss him repeatedly.
"C'mon guys! We're not going anywhere at this rate" Ashton shouts from the couch.
"You're just jelly Ashton, that you don't have a girlfriend to do your ties for you" I laugh at him. Luke scratches the back of his neck.
"I was wondering how you got your tie to actually look good Luke."

We finally get into the car at 10am. The guys are confused as to why I'm in the car with them. Then Michael finally asks.
"Why is she in the car with us?"
"She's coming back home." Luke says straight. Everyone in the car looks back at me including Ashton as we didn't tell him this morning.
"What!" They all say. I cuddle into Luke and throw my arms around him. He starts to rub my hair as a way to calm me down.
"Don't tell them Luke" I whisper into his chest so only he can hear.
"She is running away." He states.
"She wants to go back home." And that was the end of it. No one said another word about it.
